Perfect property, could not be better

This property is, without exception, the best self catering house we have stayed in. Thoughtfully designed, beautifully clean and equipped for a very special holiday. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes walk to the beach and the coast path, also close to the centre of Tregastel. The hosts, Paul and Martine were extremely welcoming on our arrival. We plan to return next year.

Great house near rose granite coast

Superb house, 5-10 minutes walking to the beaches. Quiet location. Furniture, beds, kitchen equipment etc all of high quality. Super clean. Very accurate and helpful location owners. The impression shown on the photos and in the description fully corresponds with reality.

Excellent holiday in Trégastel

The best gîte/cottage we have had in France, in 45 years of travelling there. It is modern, bright, cheerful, warm (when the weather is cooler), cool (when it is sunny), and well-equipped (kitchen, furniture, entertainment). And what a garden! Your own pink granite, great garden furniture, excellent planting. Good position - food shops (5 minutes), the beach (5 minutes), panoramic view of Trégastel (5 minutes), super U (5 minutes in the car). Paul and Martine were helpful and friendly; and have paid great attention to the detail of getting this right.

Parfait

La pièce de vie est très agréable, spacieuse et très bien, aménagée. Partant à deux couples nous avons particulièrement apprécié les deux coins nuits bien séparés permettant de respecter les rythmes et l'intimité de chacun, de plus la literie est de très bonne qualité et chaque chambre dispose de rangements, d'une salle de bain. La cuisine ouverte est lumineuse et très bien pensée. Nous avons eu beau chercher... zéro défaut à cette location !La situation est idéale, au calme et à 5 minutes à pied des commerces, de la plage et des sentiers de randonnées. Deux vélos sont à disposition.Paul et Martine sont très attentionnés.Nous recommandons très fortement cette location.

Noel en Bretagne

Nous connaissions déjà Tregastel et ses environs mais nous n’étions jamais venu en hiver Maintenant c’est chose faite et c’était super car il y a toujours quelques choses à faire ou à visiter et le temps était parfait un peu plus frais que les autres saisons mais une lumière splendide

La Bernique - wir kommen wieder

Wir haben eine Woche im Ferienhaus verbracht und sind begeistert von der Kommunikation mit Paul und Martine, dem ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus und der Landschaft an der rosa Granitküste. Für uns die schönste Region der Bretagne. Kleine Wanderungen auf dem Zöllner Wanderweg waren unser persönliches Highlight. Die Gärten Kerdalo und Kestellic sind ebenfalls einen Besuch wert. Paul und Martine waren jederzeit ansprechbar und haben uns viele Tipps gegeben. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über eine hervorragende Ausstattung. Die Fotos entsprechen dem vorgefundenen Ferienhaus und wir können einen Aufenthalt allen empfehlen, die die Rosa Granitküsten kennenlernen möchten. Wir werden noch oft an diesen Urlaub zurückdenken.

Perfektes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Ein perfektes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und absulut gepflegt, ebenso der Garten. Strände und Geschäfte in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar (Es gibt zudem 2 gut funktionierende Fahrräder). Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

Merveilleuse location !

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable à la Bernique! Parfaitement située pour visiter la Côte de Granit Rose , la maison qui est dans un environnement calme reste proche des plages et des commerces. Spacieuse, très bien équipée et très confortable, on s’y sent posé et chez soi. Les chambres et salles de bains sont reposantes et agréables. Martine et Paul sont très accueillants, disponibles et à l'écoute. Nous ne pouvons que recommander en attendant d’y retourner nous même !

La maison de Paul et Martine est très confortable et agréable, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipée. Tout près des plages, de l’école de voile et des commerces. Nous recommandons vivement. Martine et Paul sont très agréables et présent ci-besoin.

Wunderschön

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Martine und Paul empfangen. Das Haus ist ganz neu, sehr stilvoll und harmonisch und mit liebevoll ausgesuchter Deko eingerichtet, alles äußerst sauber und gespflegt, absolut zum Wohlfühlen. Terrassen und Terrassenmöbel alles bestens. Wir fühlten uns von Martine und Paul auch gut betreut. Zum Meer sind es ca. 5 Minuten und zum Bäcker bin ich gemütlich 7 Minuten gelaufen. Wir können das Haus sehr empfeheln, wir werden bestimmt nächstes Jahr erneut dorthin fahren.

Besser geht es nicht

Das Haus ist ein Traum. Sehr ruhig gelegen, blitzsauber und prima aufgeteilt. Alles, was man benötigt, ist vorhanden. Ideal ist das Haus für zwei Paare oder eine Familie. Die beiden Schlafbereiche sind komplett voneinander abgetrennt, inklusive Bad und Toilette. Es gibt viel Stauraum durch den Hauswirtschaftsraum und und die geräumige Fahrradgarage. Die Bäckereien, Restaurants, etc. sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Paul und Martine haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Des vacances idéales

Un écrin de calme et de confort dans un environnement magnifique à portée de vélos. Tout est pensé dans le moindre détail pour qu'on s'y sente très bien. L'accueil, l'attention et la gentillesse des hôtes font également partie du coup de cœur. Nous espérons y revenir bientôt ! Merci encore!

Wunderschönes Haus in Meernähe - Magnifique maison près de la mer

Wir (Paar, 50-60 Jahre alt) hatten dieses Ferienhaus im Mai 2022 für 9 Tage gemietet. Das Haus ist wirklich so schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Die Ausstattung fanden wir überdurchschnittlich gut. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man irgendwann einmal benötigen könnte. Ansonsten gibt es genug bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen und draußen, großer TV (auch mit der Möglichkeit einige deutsche Sender zu empfangen), WLAN und zusätzlich noch einen Grill mit Holzkohle. Diverse Spiele (auch für draußen) und zwei Fahrräder die wir auch benutzen konnten waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Es gab auch einen Wäscheständer mit Klammern, der fehlt sonst bei den meisten Ferienhäusern. Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Spülmaschine, Induktionsherd usw. ist alles top. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles makellos sauber, das Haus ist auch erst geschätzte 1-2 Jahre alt, also in einem super guten Zustand. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes, sehr schönes Duschbad mit Toilette, zusätzlich ist noch eine Gästetoilette vorhanden. Wir baten im Vorfeld darum dass in beiden Schlafzimmern die Betten bezogen werden, dies wurde ohne Probleme gemacht und so konnten wir uns aussuchen wo wir schlafen möchten und konnten auch einmal getrennte Zimmer benutzen. Der Garten ist sehr schön, tolle Terrasse mit zwei Sonnenschirmen und sehr bequemen Stühlen und Liegen, gut gegen Wind geschützt dank der Lage des Hauses in der kleinen Hügellandschaft. Die riesigen Felsen im Garten geben dem ganzen noch ein besonderes Flair. In der Nachbarschaft sind nicht nur Ferienhäuser sondern dort leben auch ganz normale Einwohner von Tregastel, es war sehr ruhig, kein Verkehr durch die Lage in der Sackgasse einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die wunderschöne Küste mit mehreren Buchten und Stränden ist lediglich einen kleinen Spaziergang entfernt (max. 10 Minuten). Einen guten Bäcker und einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt es fußläufig entfernt, einen richtig großen Supermarkt mit Tankstelle erreicht man mit dem PKW in ca. 5 Minuten. Creperie und Restaurant sind ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, wir waren dort allerdings nicht zu Gast, Montags ist ein großer Markt im Ort. Paul und Martine waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Übergabe hat auch ohne entsprechende Sprachkenntnisse dank Übersetzungs-App gut geklappt. Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Claudia und Wolfgang aus Berlin

merveilleux sejour

8 jours a Trégastel, le Coeur de cote granit rose

On a pssé de merveilleuses vacances dans une maison parfaitement aménagée. La maison est tres tres belle. Il ne nous manquait rien. Merci beaucoup a Paul et Martine pour leur accueil chaleureux - les biscuits bretons et le cidre etaient délicieux. Sur ce chemin encore une cordiale salutation a Paul et Martine. Inoubliable avre de paix
