The location was nice. It overlooks a wooded area with a waterfall in the background. We enjoyed our stay, but would have liked a little more sitting in the living room area. The couch wasn’t very comfortable. It snowed while we were there so it caused us to stay inside, so maybe that’s why we felt we needed more sitting. The kitchen wasn’t very clean. I felt like I needed to clean it before using it.
The host was very responsive and quickly answered all of our questions. The location is very pretty and somewhat secluded except for one neighbor. There are kitchen supplies if you want to cook. Clean towels are provided, but make sure to bring shampoo and soap if you need to shower. It was dark when we arrived and the heater was not turned up so the cabin was 58 degrees. We decided we wanted to make a fire, but had to search around for where the wood was located as well as find kindling. There were matches located in a drawer in the kitchen thank goodness for those. Board games are provided which the kids were excited about, but the Mouse Trap game is missing pieces. The two beds upstairs were comfortable, but the pull out couch is not. Overall our stay was fine for what we needed.
My husband and I stayed at this lovely cozy cabin for almost a week. We loved exploring the area and took several hikes from the cabin. The scenery was amazing! We enjoyed a warm fire in the evenings. We also enjoyed visiting several small towns near by and loved their holiday events. Just a great place to visit!

Rainy Book Weekend
We had a great visit to innsbrook. The initial smell of the cabin took us off guard a bit. Once the heater was going, it wasn’t as noticeable. However, the heater is either full blast on or off! There’s no in between and it’s quite loud. There was noticeable dust and cob webs (upstairs fan was really dusty) . Overall, our stay was great. We loved the sounds of the rain on the roof and the view. The carbonated was decorated nicely and there were lots of extra blankets and pillows. The seating in the living room was hard since the couch sinks so much. We found ourselves preferring to be in the lost because the couch was so uncomfortable to sit on. You were either tilted to the right or the left depending on the side you sat on. It did rain all weekend, so I imagine this wouldn’t have been as noticeable had we been outside more. We enjoyed the puzzles and found all we needed in the kitchen. It is pretty difficult to climb I do the double bed due to the angle of the ceiling and the foot board. Also, the stairs are STEEP and there was one loose near the bottom which made toilet trips in the night a bit risky. We went to read books and enjoy nature and definitely got to do those things!
It was a wonderfully quiet and peaceful area that was far enough away from other neighbors that made me feel secluded, surrounded my trees, birds chirping, and occasionally spotting deer. The steps inside were a little steep for my knees but I managed and it was worth it.
Great place to stay! Lots of stuff to do during the day. Hiking, fishing, swimming, or enjoy peace and quiet on the deck. Saturday night concert by the pool was great!
My wife and I are elderly but very mobile and active. The accommodations were very good. The information about the Chalet was helpful, the Instruction Manual was excellent. The property was as shown and everything worked as it should. A for the property and accommodations.
The only thing we struggled with was the road signs. Sometimes they did not point the right direction and that caused us to make some wrong turns.
We liked the property a lot. We were there to just check out Innsbrook and we found a well kept A frame with everything we needed. Wonderful place, we would go back!
We stayed for just two nights, hoping to unplug and connect with nature. This sweet chalet was just as described. We were impressed by all the little extras, such as usb charging pods on the nightstands, lots of extra blankets and pillows, coffee pot and filters, lots of spices in the pantry, every cooking utensil we could need. It was in a great private spot and provided a cozy and safe experience.
