Ideal for 4 adults and 4 children, this pied-à-terre has a large comfortable living room with a TV, a modern kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped with a large dining table, a storeroom, 3 beautiful bedrooms, a shower room, and a terrace with deckchairs, dining table and barbecue. The perfect place for beautiful summer evenings! Sheets and towels are available at an additional cost from the concierge.

The house is on one level and is presented as follows:

- Bright living room with two sofas, an armchair, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.
- Large modern kitchen, open to the living room with direct access to the terrace through a large bay window that illuminates the room. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, fridge, induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, large dining table where you can seat up to 8 guests!
- Storeroom with a washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack and an iron and ironing board.

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: bright with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a wardrobe area.
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140cm x 190cm) and wardrobe space.
- Bedroom 3: a sleek room with two bunk beds (sleeps 4), a chest of drawers and access to the terrace.
- Bathroom with a walk-in shower, two basins and a hairdryer.
- Separate WC.
