Worked well

This property was as listed and communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Checking into the building for the first time is a bit confusing, but not too bad. Location is great and was central to our activities. All in all, a good spot.

It was absolutely a Disaster. First problem was not able to enter locked doors to lobby. Later found out lobby keys in lockbox in room . The room were like staying in an underground bunker. The A/C was very uncomfortable. bedrooms were 80 degrees while living room was 60 degrees. All kinds of rules . Take out the trash or a fine . Wash your dishes or a fine , and the list continues. There was not anyone available on the premises to help . No service of any kind . Next day after checkout they charged my credit card for smoking and said we stained the carpet, which is untrue. I could not recommend if it was free.

Fabulous Indianapolis getaway

This was a great rental. The location is amazing: 4 blocks to convention center and accessible via indoor skyways the whole way. Mall and restaurants all close by. The canal is close for a morning run or evening stroll. The unit is gorgeous. Well appointed and spotless clean. I have never encountered a nicer bed at a VRBO. But the best part is the excellent property manager. We had an issue with our unit and we’re moved to an equivalent one the next day. The property manager is very warm and welcoming and responsive and made us feel well cared for.
