The host was very nice and polite but we expected to have our own flat. The description does not say that you just have a room in the flat. Like this we did not know what we can use and what not. For this it was a little expansive. Location was very nice but the flat was not the cleanest.

Au calme, propriétaire très sympathique et logement facile d’accès via la gare Porte Dauphine (direct depuis la gare de La Rochelle). Accès aux services vélos à moins de 300m.

Très bonne location à retenir pour la Rochelle !
La propriétaire nous a accueilli très chaleureusement, avec beaucoup de gentillesse et avec un esprit de service incontestable. Elle a su s'adapter au caractère d'urgence que nous lui avons imposé. Merci à elle, je vous recommande vivement cette location assez proche à pied du centre ville !

Valerie and her Son are very kind and doing the best they can to offer their guests a good stay. La Rochelle is a great spot to stay aswell.
