Our spacious holiday home in the sun-drenched south of Tenerife has a living space of 80 sqm on two floors and a 20 sqm private garden terrace.

The house is located in a residential area where mainly locals and residents live.

Extras: The sofa in the living room can be used as an extra bed (150 x 190 cm) for a 5th person.
Matching bed linen, pillows and blankets are provided on request.

Please note that our house is a non-smoking house, also with consideration for your subsequent tenants.
You can of course smoke on the terrace and the balconies.
You will find ashtrays in the living room cupboard.
