This modern, bright and airy apartment is on the popular Oasis San Antonio complex, arguably the best complex in Puerto Del Carmen, situated on the flat and right on the sea front. It has recently been fully refurbished to a very high standard. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin with fitted wardrobes, one bathroom and a spacious open plan living area leading to a balcony with pool and sea views. There are two outdoor pools and two children’s pools set in lovely tropical gardens. The pool overlooked from the balcony is heated in the winter months. There are plenty of sun beds set around the pool, even in high season. Free wifi is provided, along with an extensive selection of English terrestrial and satellite TV channels, and there is coin operated air conditioning in both bedrooms, a must in the hot summer months! It is a perfect location for all ages and requirements, quiet but close to all amenities the resort has to offer. Just a stone’s throw from the huge Los Pocillos beach, and a host of other, smaller beaches, and within 2 minutes’ walk of supermarket, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, bank, money exchange, ATM, taxis, buses and medical facilities. An ideal location for all your family holiday needs. Just 15 minutes from the airport by taxi.

Retirement break

Booked this apartment for the first week of our three week holiday in Puerto del Carmen. Enjoyed our stay here very much and a good time year to come as was very quiet and both pool areas were mostly desserted. :) Very easy to find and ideally located, with lots of amenities close by. Would highly recommend.

Lovely relaxing holiday

We loved everything about our stay.The appartment was spacious,really clean and very well equipped.The location was great straight on to the seafront and lovely walks either way.We enjoyed sitting on the comfy sofa on the balcony and the view was lovely.Jo was really helpful and everything went without a hitch.We will definately revisit if we can get a booking,its too popular!populawithoubafurniture

Lovely, warm and bright apartment which had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The complex is quiet and well maintained and the communal pool is excellent. Jo the owner has make it a true home from home.

Property was as advertised, lots of extras. Loved the pay as you go aircon,what a good idea that is. Complex was clean and quiet pool lovely and clean lots of sunbeds. Food and shops very close. We had a late check out and Jo was very quick to respond to any queries. Nice and quiet, perfect for what we wanted.

winter break

We stayed at this lovely apartment from 3rd to 10th February and had a lovely week. The location was perfect and there was every home comfort available. The view from the balcony was amazing with the most beautiful gardens and a sea view. We have stayed in lanzarote many times and this is definitely the best one so far. Every part of the holiday went smoothly, from the initial booking with Jo down to the taxi back to the airport. I have already passed the details to friends and family and will definitely be back.

Excellent stay

We were first time visitors to Lanzarote and would recommend this location just 10 mins from the airport. The property is ideally located just 3 minutes from shops and restaurants but very quiet. The apartment itself is as described. Very clean and well equipped. Aircon works well and although paid for as an extra is only a euro or two a day. The drinks left in the fridge were most welcome. The balcony sees the sun from late morning until 6pm and offers a nice view of the pool and sea. The pool is very quiet and well kept, as are the rest of the grounds. Communication with the owner was prompt and accurate and we were allowed to stay for a few extra hours until we left for the airport. Overall, a great holiday -would recommend fully.

We really enjoyed our stay and Jo couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive. The apartment suited us perfectly with plenty of facilities within walking distance. We especially enjoyed exploring the area on eScooters which you could easily rent with the Link app.

We are Jo and Ande, and we live in Essex with our children. We are both HR professionals working in London, but spend as much time as we can in Lanzarote, and hope to retire there one day in the not too distant future.

Why they chose this property

We first came to Lanzarote on holiday in 2002 and have fallen in love with this beautiful island. We decided to buy our own piece of paradise after holidaying on the Oasis San Antonio complex for 5 years. We've stayed at a lot of different complexes over the years, but this one is definitely the best by far.

What makes this property unique

We love the quiet and relaxed surroundings, and especially not having to get up at 6am to get a sun bed!! Our kids love the 2 pools, beaches and many other attractions close by, especially Rancho Texas and crazy golf. This is a front line complex (no hills!) and there is nothing better than to sit on our balcony with a glass of something chilled looking out over the pool and gardens to the sea views, or watching the green parrots perched in the palm trees by our balcony.
