I’m Great stay in the Keys

The house and property were so lovely! We had 3 friends join us for the weekend, a couple and a woman so the 3-way split bedrooms were perfect. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. The favorite gathering place was the screened-in patio area; even in the daytime it was comfortable and breezy. 2024 Summer Vavation

The residence was great for what we needed. The refrigerators worked great. Ability to wash cloths when needed. Neighborhood was fairly quiet and friendly. The Dock was good and accommodated the rented boat well. The only things that were a bit iffy was when we would take two showers at once. Water pressure was a bit in need.

Convenient, beautiful, and clean.

Check in was effortless, house/yard was clean, pool area was beautiful. The only odd thing is to get downstairs you have to go outside. Would definitely stay again. House is spacious and great for family and/or adults only. Also host was helpful and quick to respond.

Wonderful location, great house, pool, tiki bar and dock!

This house provided everything you would want on your Keys vacation! Great space, furnishings, and resort living! The heated pool, kayaks, and paddle boards provided lots for options for enjoying the Florida weather. If you have a boat, the location is just a short ride from Sombrero Beach. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets! We highly recommend this property! The communication with the owner and property manager was best in class!

Ok but could have been better.

House in general is ok but needs some maintenance. Our A/C filter hadn't been changed in months. The pool was supposed to be chilled and did not work. There were ants in the kitchen. Plus the house needed to be recleaned upon check in. It had not been done completely or well. To the credit of the manager, she tried to take care of everything as soon as possible. There is a terrible shortage of help in the Keys. Bring some understanding with you when you visit no matter the island. The location and value were good. We have stayed many years in the Keys and usually paid more. We chose this location due to being pet friendly and in a familiar location.

This property was exactly what we needed and as advertised. The dock length of 60 ft. was great for 2 boats. The privacy around the pool was great! Beth was very responsive to any questions we had. We will absolutely put this on our list for next year. Thanks for a great stay!

Keys 2023

We have been going to the keys for 10 years for a family vacation. 4 adults and 4 kids. House was great, nice pool. The only issue is, they only have a TV in the living room, master bedroom and outside in the screened porch. We had 4 kids, so that did create a slight problem. Maybe a TV in the other 2 bedrooms would be nice. The screened porch downstairs was great. All beds were very comfortable. I did need to contact the property manager and got a response shortly after. Publix and Walgreens are within walking distance. Great house overall

Relaxing in Paradise

We had an amazing stay in Marathon. The house was exactly what our bigger family needed. The beds were super comfy! The kitchen was equipped with anything I needed. We enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was and it was in a fantastic location. We docked our boat on the canal and the dock was perfect for coming and going during the day on the boat. Our kids enjoyed the kayaks and we all got plenty of use out of the beautifully maintained pool. We will definitely be back!

Everything we wanted

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we needed and was set up very well for our boat. The dock was in great shape and we loved the fish cleaning station and water supply. We also appreciated the downstairs bedroom with easy access to the pool and the screened in patio and the ground floor bedroom were perfect four our two dogs. The upstairs bedrooms all had nice balcony views and everyone enjoyed their stay. The additional fridge in the kitchen and freezer downstairs were also very helpful. We loved the landscaping around the pool and the tiki bar. The close proximity to grocery stores and shops was also nice. We would recommend this house!

Amazing Stay

It was a really good house, could have used a few things, like more silverware and cleaning supplies but overall it was a really good trip and a house. We were not allowed to use the pool the last day due to the motor breaking as well as the dock lights were not working. Beth was excellent at answering our texts when we had an issue with our smoke detector. The handy man that came, Brett, was excellent and came in a timely manner to fix the smoke detector as well as asked if we needed anything else fixed with the house while he was there. Overall I would stay there again.

Vacation with friends

We had an amazing time at this house and the Keys. It was perfect for us 4 couples. Everything was exactly as stated in the description. We rented a boat for 3 days which we could dock in canal right at the house. The tiki hut and pool were a hit after a full day in the hot sun. Beth was wonderful!! She was very helpful and responsive to all questions we had. Thank you Beth!! We would highly recommend this house!

Nicely decorated home, beds very comfortable m, large kitchen, enough room for 8 of us. We were close to grocery store, beach and other shops. Able to keep boat at dock, Nice pool area and screened in porch. Highly recommend!
