Balcon Honoré - Old Town / Promenade des Anglais
Balcon Honoré is a spacious apartment composed of two main rooms, with a FULL SOUTH balcony and a charming view of the beautiful Nice buildings, local vegetation and in the distance a view of the sea and the Baie des Anges. What a wonderful idea to enjoy a glass of Bellet wine from your balcony, overlooking the green alleys of the Old Town. A few minutes on foot to discover the shopping streets, to catch your metro to go directly to the airport in 20 minutes, or to go and invite you to the beach of the Promenade des Anglais.
FLOOR / BUILDING
The two floors to access your apartment can be easily climbed via the steps of a typical Nice building, very well maintained and without a lift.
DISTRICT
This charming street is very quiet, with pétanque players as neighbors. Very close, all the food shops, a large choice of restaurants, good bakeries and all forms of transport are in the immediate vicinity.
STAY
The living room opens onto the large balcony. The large sofa and its armchair will welcome you comfortably. For your entertainment there is a flat screen TV, as well as WIFI, a nice collection of books and a fan. A large contemporary mirror, two coffee tables and pretty side lamps create a warm atmosphere. The balcony accessible from the living room, with an incredible charming view will be your ideal place to relax and have your meals.
COOKED
The elegant kitchen, open to the living room, is well equipped. It has a fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, and a large round table with four chairs.
BEDROOM
The bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables with lamps on each side and a television. A closet offers plenty of storage space.
BATHROOM
The modern, monochrome bathroom consists of a shower, a sink and a mirror. There is a separate toilet next to the bedroom.
