Egmond ist super, ein schönes kleines Städtchen, schöne Strände, herrliche Dünenlandschaft!
Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr einfach. So richtig wohl haben wir uns nicht gefühlt. Die Fenster ließen sich nicht richtig schließen und klapperten nachts bei Wind.

Es ist eine sehr einfache Unterkunft, aber okay! Das Haus ist komplett mit Efeu bewachsen und es gibt keine Fliegengitter, dadurch hat man oft Mitbewohner.

Klein aber alles was man braucht
Es war ein guter Aufenthalt und ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Nur die Fenster sind sehr undicht. Daher empfiehlt es sich wirklich nur bei warmen Temperaturen. Und der DVD Player ist ohne Kabel aber leider ohne Funktion. Ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Umgebung und Lage hervorragend!
Ferienhaus sehr klein mit Durchgangszimmer(Etagenbett) und sehr steiler Treppe ins Dachgeschoss(gefährlich). Qualität vom Doppelbett war sehr miserabel und im ganzen Haus hat es sehr schlecht nach Modder gerochen(auch die Bettwäsche).Bei dem Preis haben wir nicht viel erwartet,da uns die lage und Umgebung wichtig waren,aber in dem Haus würden wir noch nicht mal mehr einen kostenlosen Urlaub verbringen wollen. Super war der kostenlose PKW Stellplatz vor dem Haus. Daumen hoch für das Örtchen Egmond am Zee.

Eggmond aan zee
Die Unterkunft ist sehr niedlich und treffend beschrieben. Eric ist ein netter Gastgeber. Es ist ein sehr schönes und idyllisches Strandbad genau richtig um zu entspannen und Kraft zu tanken.

Katastrophales Sommerhaus!!!!
Seit 35 J.Gast in EaZ habe ich solch eine Unterkunft noch nie erlebt!!! Klein(11m2???) alt,abgewohnt ungemütlich,schmutzig,muffig,klamm,kalt!Im Bad keine vernünftige Heizung!!! Das Bad(2m2??) ist bis abends 19.00.total feucht,die Handtuchheizung ist ein Witz!!! MAX.12Grad..!!!Schlafen muss man in einer Diele, Haustür alt& undicht.14Grad,im WZ 21Grad bei geschlossener Tür!! Leider bin ich in 5 Tagen dort so krank geworden,das ich einen Notarzt rufen musste,wegen Luftnot! Draussen ging es mir gut,auch in Bars oder Restaurants,im Sommerhaus ging es mir immer schlechter! Der Notarzt tippte auf die alte Heizung(verrostet) evtl Gas betrieben! Nun,zu Hause,geht es mir wieder besser!!! Einmal und NIEEEEEEE WIEDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Es ist eine alte Garage, sehr feucht und sehr kalt, dafür ist die Lage gut. Das Bad ist total klein. Aber ein kleiner Garten. Objekt eher im Sommer zu empfehlen. Zu zweit mit Hund geht.

Ein sehr gemütliches Urlaub
Uns hat alles gefallen, ein kleines aber sauberes Häuschen mit der geniale Lage, war alles da ,was man braucht,ich muss sagen es war sehr bequem zu schlafen (oben auf dem Dach ) hatte erst mal meine Bedenken, wi-fi funktioniert super, saubere Handtücher und Bettwäsche, wir waren sehr zufrieden

Kleines Sommerhäuschen
Die komplette Abwicklung hat von A-Z sehr gut geklappt und Erik ist ein netter Gastgeber. Das Häuschen ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und der Außenbereich ist ganz schön. Man hätte nur im Häuschen alles, vor allem den ersten Raum etwas liebevoller gestalten können und draußen eine Lichterkette oder ähnliches anbringen können da es dort nur das Flutlicht vom Bewegungsmelder gibt.

Goed verblijf gehad op een goede locatie. Eenvoudig huisje maar wel alles aanwezig. Lastig om vanaf het zolderkamertje over trapje naar beneden te komen wanneer je vaker naar het toilet moet. Sommige kussens zouden vervangen mogen worden.

Goede ligging van locatie de rest niet veel
De ligging van deLocatie was goed. Maar verder was het huisje wel heel klein. Onderhoud van huisje was minimaal. Veel tochtgaten en kieren onder bv deur. Denk niet dat er echt schoonmaak had plaatsgevonden. Zijn goed nat geregend maar hadden nergens plaats om jassen ed te kunnen laten drogen.

Alles wat nodig is was aanwezig. Het is een heel schattig huisje en wij komen zeker terug!

Das Objekt ist total versteckt und winzig ( Umgebaute Garage). Es ist nur geeignet um dort zu schlafen, aber um keines Fall dort Urlaub zu machen.
