🛋️ Stylish Living Room/Lounge Space with Dining: Upon arrival, guests enter through the shared front door, accessing the unit through a private entrance. Ascend one flight of stairs to find a bright, open living room area. The midcentury modern design features a large charcoal grey pullout sofa, trendy furnishings, and a flat-screen TV. A round dining table surrounded by camel-colored leather chairs sets the scene for relaxation and shared meals.

🍽️ Fully-Equipped Kitchen with Bar Seating: Open to the living room, the kitchen boasts stylish cabinetry, marble countertops, and brand new Whirlpool appliances. Enjoy bar seating with three stools along the back of the large kitchen island. A stacked washer and dryer in the corner add convenience to your stay.

🌅 2nd Floor Balcony: Step onto your private 2nd-floor balcony accessible from the living room and front bedroom. It's the perfect spot for your morning coffee, watching the sunset, or simply enjoying each other's company with outdoor seating, including a porch swing bench.

🛏️ 2 Bedrooms with En-suite Bathrooms: The front bedroom features a memory foam king-sized bed, accent chairs, and an en-suite bathroom with a full bathtub/shower. This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

*Day Passes are complimentary November 1- March 31, unless there is a ticketed event.
 -$15 per person: Sunday through Thursday
- $30 per person: Friday and Saturdays

*On-site luggage storage is available for $10 per bag.

first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available for an ADDITIONAL RENTAL FEE and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival*
