Beautiful spacious remodeled 2nd floor 1500 condo in beautiful Snowcreek 4 that sleeps 8 people. Beautiful large hot tub for 8 people (separate building in complex). Two bedrooms (King Beds) and a loft that sleeps four (Queen plus two single beds) with three full bathrooms (the loft has the largest bathroom in the unit!). Fast WIFI. Granite countertops, new fireplace, new flooring throughout, new appliances, new bathrooms, new paint, new sofa, new beds. This is a corner unit which means that it has a lot more light than the traditional interior condo units in Snowcreek 4. This unit is a very popular condo because of the light, it's views, and the amount of people it sleeps. You will love Snowcreek 4 with it's beautiful and spacious landscaping, ponds, creeks, and mountain views. It is a second floor unit and requires climbing stairs. No pets. No smoking in our around our unit. No trailers, RV's, Motorhomes, motorcycles, etc. are permitted to be parked in the parking lot per our rules from our home owners association.

The house was amazing. It was very spacious, clean, beautiful views from the balcony, and most importantly for me, it was a 6 minute drive to eagle lodge.
Such a beautiful place! Enough room to spread out with our family of 4. Loved the creek in front of the condo and the area was quiet. Had everything we needed so we could cook and the BBQ was a plus. Nothing like Mammoth! Thank you for a wonderful time.
Our family loved the condo - furnishings were comfortable and new, kitchen well equipped and nice views and a great grassy area / stream around the property for our one year old to explore. The owners were very responsive and helpful when we needed something addressed. We hope to stay again!
The home was beautiful and the cleanest property we've ever rented! Called Steve (owner) a few times - answered promptly and gave us excellent recommendations! Home was beautifully appointed with everything we could possibly need. Will stay there again and again!
The place was not only beautiful and in a great location, but it had everything we needed! My granddaughters asked if we could stay there again!

Arrived snowing days, HOA shaved snow in parking lot and pathways immediately. Beds are comfy, sufficient hot water for shower, best kitchen we had in mammoth though we didn’t cook much. Highly recommended!
5 stars sums it up! I cannot say enough about how amazing this property is and how much we loved it! It has everything you could possibly need and was so clean and cozy. Great location and really accessible owners for any questions we had. We cannot wait to go back!

The condo is at a great location. This unit has just been remodeled so almost everything is brand new. Very clean and nicely furnished. Kitchen has everything you need.
We never had to use AC, the place was cool and breezy. Parking was easy. Two of the nights (around 3,4 am) , we heard and saw a bear trying to get into the Trash dumpster. It was exciting.
The owner/ hosts were great. Very responsive and courteous.
We stayed for 8 nights. Wish it was longer! Great experience!
Great space that comfortably fit our family! Our kids (ages 3-9) loved playing right in the front of the condo that had plenty of snow and even a small slope for the little ones to sled.
The inside was very clean and updated! Loved the gas fireplace. Very open concept, we always felt like we were all together. Loft area’s very large with big bathroom, don’t have to go up and down the stairs. Master and 2nd bedroom downstairs also spacious. The views are breathless.
Would definitely recommend and stay there again! Added bonus and very sweet of Steve, we got there a little early and since the cleaning crew was done he did not hesitate to let us in...very helpful with little ones with us and gave us a chance to unload earlier :)
We absolutely loved our stay here. It was recently renovated, clean, spacious, great layout, and a great location! Our kids were able to sled in front, which was a bonus. This was the best place we have stayed in Mammoth and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!
We loved getting away for a few days and felt right at home in Steve and Kelly Jones’ condo. The place was clean and tidy and there’s a beautiful creek that runs in front of condo. Kids were able to sled in front of our condo and enjoy playing in the snow. This was perfect for our family. Also location very close to Vons and easy access (short drive) to the slopes and tubing park.
We have owned a place in Snowcreek 4 (unit 544) since 2013. We have loved our place and loved the area. We saw to benefit of having a vacation rental here so we purchased another. We live in Los Alamitos California. Steve is currently retired from the commercial construction industry. Kelly and Steve have 4 children and 4-5 grandchildren. Steve is a avid fly fisherman and travels the world fly fishing. Kelly and Steve enjoy hiking and fishing in the Mammoth and surrounding areas. We love the Mammoth area and come up and stay about 2-3 months per year.
Why they chose this property
We feel that Snowcreek 4 is simply the nicest complex in Mammoth for the money. It was built when they did not crowd in the units. The landscape is beautiful along with the creeks, ponds, and views of the mountains. It is quiet and spacious. It has 3 full bathrooms which is unique for the size of this unit. Great view of the creek (right in front of this unit) and mountains from our 2nd story balcony.

New remodeled unit! New flooring, granite countertops, fireplace, paint. Looks like an upgraded new place! Corner unit means more light. It has a full bath in the loft (total of 3 full bathrooms). Newly remodeled (finished July 25, 2020). Great view of creek and mountains. Large grass area in front for playing. Plenty of parking. Extensive cleaning and disinfecting between stays. Fast WIFI (400 mbps) so working from unit is made easy.
