Trendy Melrose is the home of many amazing local restaurants as well as a short drive to the attractions of 12South and Downtown.
Guests have access to the entire private home and attached two car garage. One additional dedicated parking space is available behind the home.
This is a three level townhome with rooftop deck. The first level includes the attached garage, kitchen, dining, and living room. On the second level you have the primary king bedroom with ensuite bath, laundry room, and another king bedroom with ensuite bath. The third level includes the bonus room and rooftop patio with fireplace, as well as two additional king bedrooms and a hall bath. There is a regular drip coffee pot in the kitchen.

Credit Card Processing Fees are non-refundable.
We recommend ride share when visiting downtown as parking can be challenging and expensive.

seemingly new property, great owner

We were there to record at BlackBird Studios around the corner. The location was perfect for us. We were super pleased with the property and setup. We will try and book this property everytime we're in Nashville.

The house was great. We had to change to this location at the last minute and the property manager was so responsive and helpful. The place was clean, modern and comfortable.

Easy access

This is a great location with quick access to the main thoroughfares and plenty of eating establishments. The unit was very clean, and the furnishings were very nice and comfortable.

Beautiful house as described

Our stay was very pleasant. The host made sure to send all check-in information in advance of our arrival. The house was clean and as described. Check out list was reasonable and the host was very accommodating. Would recommend staying here for larger groups.

Very clean and great communication

The property was very clean and the management staff was excellent with communication before, during and after the stay. We needed to stay close to family in Greenhills so that worked out for us. The rooms can be bright, especially in the mornings.

Great stay!

This was a great location and our family of 6 had plenty of room! There is a train track really close so you do hear the train every night/morning but it isn’t a deal breaker! This home is close to restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again when in Nashville.

Melrose Retreat - Large Home with Rooftop

This property is so beautiful and spacious! I really enjoyed my stay and the host was phenomenal! We didn’t have many issues, but when we did, she was very responsive! 10/10 would highly recommend! As a plus, the community members were also really kind. Although, be sure to only bring 3 cars because there is no additional parking space outside of the 3 spots. That’s literally the only downfall. Great stay & host!

Inaccurate representation with too much responsibility on the tenants

The trash cabinet was busted and broken, the oven didn’t work, the master bathroom floors were dirty with a dead fly in the sink, there were scuffs all over walls and damage throughout, there were not enough towels and wash cloths per the party size and reservation length, laundry was left in the dryer that we just had to pile on top to be able to use it, and the biggest frustration was we’re charged an astronomical cleaning fee when booking and yet the checking requirements were astonishing. We were required to gather all towels and wash cloths from a 3 floor house and put in 1 location. But what really got me was the requirement to wipe down kitchen countertops. Why would we do ANY cleaning duties if we pay more than the nightly rate to have the house cleaned?

The house is in a quiet secluded location, but also in the heart of being at a store, gas, restaurants within 10 minutes. We were very comfortable, we were able to enjoy visiting many areas, and of course the night life! You won't be disappointed!

Outstanding communication with property management!

There was a little bit of cleaning issues that were out of anyone's control but the property manager commented with us the whole time. Great property for large group. Easy to get to everything!

No downtown virws

This seems to be an up and coming area. It appears that older homes have been torn down to build these Vrbo units. Will be very close to new soccer stadium being built. Sleek, modern fixtures and furniture that are becoming worn. Walls and floors have black acuff marks. Sheets on king size bed were too small and pulled from the corners whenever you rolled over in bed… kind of irritating. I have also messaged our host with some of these concerns but have yet to hear back. The place was not horrible by any stretch of the imagination but I do have to wonder when the last time the property host was in the unit.

A lot of noise

The house itself was very nice. The location on the other hand was not. Construction going on all around us which we were never told. There is a train that goes by house all hours of the day which makes it extremely difficult to sleep and to get around the wait of a train is passing is horrendous. If house was In a different location would be so much better.

New house but needs so.e attention.

Great place overall but the place needs some work. One of the bedroom doors wouldn't shut, the dishwasher's top rack kept falling down, and some of the bathroom fixtures were not fastened down properly. It would also be nice if the property had some kitchen basics for cooking such as seasonings. The place sleeps 10 and there are only 8 plates. Nice house overall but it seems like the construction workers rushed to finish the place.

Amazing home, wonderful people to work with!!!

Since the very beginning of our booking process Laura was SO SO helpful & made sure everything was taken care of and overall an amazing communicator. If you’re worried about distance- it is perfect! Just outside of the city, but super close to so many cute local shops & conveinatly located near any stores you may need over your stay. The home was exactly what it looks like, you are close to the other homes but we never heard anyone. Anything you could need from dish soap to extra towels were provided. Laura checked in with us when we got there & made sure everything was okay during our stay. The home was beautiful & everything we needed & more. Our stay was great, we wished we could have stayed longer, we hope to be back very soon!
