Bluhaus is a modern retreat in the quiet Crown Point neighborhood of Pacific Beach, with quick beach access. It was completely gutted, re-designed and featured on the 2019 San Diego Modern Home Tour.
The designer interior has an open floor plan with a European style kitchen, state-of-the-art fixtures, and lots of natural light. Two balconies offer plenty of outdoor space. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms provide comfortable accommodations for up to 4 guests.

ADDITIONAL RULES
The following serves as an addendum to the reservation and rental agreement entered between the parties via VRBO.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE ANY RESERVATION AT ANY TIME IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING RULES ARE VIOLATED.
RESERVATION AND OCCUPANCY
- Within 24 hours of booking, primary guests must submit a picture of their photo ID via VRBO app.
- Maximum occupancy: 4 guests, including all adults, children and infants.
- Only guests who are specified on the reservation are permitted on the property without prior approval.
- NO VISITORS without prior approval.
- Charge of $300 per guest per day/night after 4 guests.
- Reservation may not be resold or sublet.
CHECK-IN
- Check-in starts at 4:00 PM.
- Guest receives detailed check-in information via VRBO app on the day of the scheduled check-in.
- Check-in information will not be released until the primary guests have provided their photo ID via VRBO app.
HOUSE RULES
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- ZERO tolerance for disturbing the neighbors.
- NO PARTIES, NO EVENTS, NO GATHERINGS.
- NO PETS: $500 fine.
- NO SMOKING, VAPING or E-CIGARETTES in the condo, on the balconies, or anywhere else on the property: $500 fine.
- The only place to dispose of trash is the bins behind the building. Lock codes are provided inside the unit: $250 fine for leaving trash anywhere else on the property.
- Do not use any of the white towels provided to wipe off make-up: $50 replacement fee.
- Do not tamper with our security cameras, sensors, or the internet: $200 fine per incident per device.
- Misplaced KEYS or GARAGE remote: $250/each.
- If you lock yourself out, or don't follow our instructions for operating the locks, you will be responsible for the cost of any 3rd party services provided.
CARE AND CLEANING SERVICES
- We expect the home to be kept up during your stay (i.e. spills wiped up, garbage and recycling taken out and put in the proper bins behind the building).
- Biohazard material is NOT covered under the cleaning fee.
- Stays of 3 weeks or more require professional cleaning every 2 weeks. There is an additional $175 charge per cleaning.
- In the event our housekeepers indicate that the home has been neglected or damage is occurring from lack of care, we will require weekly cleanings at the guest’s expense. If such is discovered upon checkout, additional fees will apply.
CHECK-OUT
- Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.
- Late Check Out Fee $50 for every half hour.
