Capri is truly the place to be in Traverse City. Walk to all the downtown shops, theaters, restaurants and Clinch Park beach on West Grand Traverse Bay. Whether this a romantic getaway or a family vacation, our condo is ideally located for visiting all that Traverse City and Northern Michigan have to offer. In between the Leelanau and Old Mission Peninsula wine trails and a 40 minute drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes, you could ask for a better home base.

Anniversary Trip

Excellent, clean condo near everything. Parking was easy, nice neighborhood just an easy walk to the main strip. Comfortable bed and great shower. Made our visit perfect and memorable. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at The Capri several times and it never disappoints. Great location, walkable to the bay and downtown restaurants. The condo is comfortable and clean. Will be back again!

Sister weekend getaway

We had a very nice stay. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. The information from the host was very accurate. We did have to use the parking structure because there wasn’t any available parking right behind the building, but it wasn’t a problem. It’s very close by.

The place is perfect for a weekend getaway in TC. Walking distance to Front Street, plenty of bars, breweries and restaurants within a couple minutes walk.

Great place close to downtown!

Michaels property was great, walking distance to everything in downtown Traverse!! We would definitely stay again! The only negative thing I would say about the condo was the couch. It was very very low so if you have a hard time getting off of the floor and plan to use the couch, I would say this might be the place for you! But absolutely everything else was great!!

My wife Dustine and I settled in the Traverse City area in 2005. Dustine is a native of Columbus, Ohio while I was raised in Sudbury, Ontario Canada. We have two boys, who love to enjoy all that this area provides. We are avid golfers, beach goers, skiers in the winter and are part of the Traverse City Curling Club! We never miss a chance to explore the dunes and all the other amazing spots we are surrounded by. We are excited to host guests at our growing rental business while we still operate our health care business in downtown Traverse City. It is my family's pleasure and honor to welcome all types of guests, from around the world.
