You will have a very nice and luxurious apartment (Delivered on 12/20/2015). Mountain spirit, located in the village of Montgenevre. Very spacious, for 6 to 8 people, south oriented. You can enjoy its terrace and its garden with view to the tracks of Prarial. Quiet, at only 300 m and 4 minutes from the ski lifts, ski return at the foot of the slope possible. 3 double rooms of which: - Master suite (with 160 x 200 bed) - bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed, - a mountain style area equipped with bunk beds, - a comfortable 140 x 190 sofa bed with memory shape mattress, two bathrooms - a bathroom equipped with a bath spa - a shower room (master suite) the vast living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee-maker…) Garage in the basement, remote control, ski locker, a small garden with some equipment as playground for the children (Grill, sandwich griller, waffle maker, crepe maker, stone grill, + 10 board games). The accommodation is very well located at 250 m from the mini market. All amenities and shops of the Montgenevre station. Durancia is at less than 15 min. from the centre (swimming pool, spa, wellbeing...) Cleaning service at the end of the stay included. Fantastic stay in this lovely apartment
We loved this apartment especially having the ground floor access to the snow so the children could play out in it. The jacuzzi bath was a lovely treat after a day on the slopes.The owners were lovely and so helpful. Would visit again.

Beautiful apartment
This is such a good resort and the apartment is amazing ! Really comfortable for a family of 4 , an excellent addition of a jacuzzi bath for your ski legs! . 10 min walk to the ski school Meeting point and lockers , 5 mins to sledge park and supermarkets, Bakery . The communication was really good , Francois was lovely when we got there ! All in all we had a fantastic trip and will be returning . Thank you for letting us stay

Fabulous apartment, clean, well equipped. Very communicative hosts and manager. Brilliant for our nephew as there were lots of games and cuddly toys to make it feel homely. The terrace is a wonderful sun trap. Would high recommend!

Wonderful apartment
Modern and bright apartment a short walk from the snow front. Easy walk down in the morning, but there is also a regular bus back up the hill for tired legs after a day of skiing. Wonderful views of the ski area from the lounge. Well equipped kitchen and easy to self cater. We were a family of 4 and appreciated the extra space and two bathrooms. Host was very quick to come back regarding any queries. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Great ski break for 2 families
Great apartment well equipped and very central for access to the slopes and the bars and restaurants. The apartment worked really well - we were two families - two mums and 4 kids and the accommodation met our needs well. Only small suggestions would be an additional small sofa in the sitting room area to make it more comfortable for all to relax after skiing. Francoise the manager was super helpful. WE would recommend this apartment and would happily stay again. We used Snow Cabs to transfer from TUrin airport which was really efficient and we rented ski lockers in town at the intersport opposite the ski school meeting areas

Très agréable séjour
Randonnées à pied ou à vélo Pumptrack et mini golf pour les petits Petite incursion en Italie à Clavere ( joli magasin de déco ) et à Sestrières . Balade au fond de la magnifique vallée de Nevache avec une partie en navette Les septuagénaires , quadragénaires , et petits enfants ont trouvé leur bonheur.

Rien ne manque, tout est étudié, de la décoration aux nombreux rangements et équipements. Le parking en intérieur est un plus notable. Accès facile aux pistes et aux commerces. Passage de la navette pour les fins de journées fatigantes...juste PARFAIT.

Très bon séjour
Super semaine dans ce logement très agréable. Propriétaires gentils et attentionnés. Un grand merci à Françoise pour nous avoir facilité notre arrivée et nôtre départ . Le Jardin et la terrasse plein soleil sont un vrai plus. Le sommeil est garanti grâce à une bonne literie et un grand calme autour même si l’on se trouve pas très loin du front de neige et des commerces. Nous espérons y revenir!

Un excellent séjour !
Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement à 2 familles. L'appartement est très spacieux avec 2 belles chambres pour les adultes. La chambre des enfants est un peu petite mais suffisante pour 2 enfants. Le canapé lit permet un autre couchage. 2 salles de bain très pratiques et une cuisine bien équipée. L'appartement se trouve proche du centre-ville. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

L’appartement est très bien. Neuf. Avec un jardin extérieur. Nous étions 5 et avions tous de la Place. Les propriétaires ont pris régulièrement de nos nouvelles et l’accès et le départ de l’appartement ont été très simple. Je recommande grandement ce lieu

Notre séjour en famille à Montgenevre
Appartement propre et agréable avec sa grande terrasse. Garage très pratique . Un bémol pour le frigo trop petit compte tenu de la capacité du nombre d occupants de l appartement (nous étions 5 ) et la literie du séjour un peu fatiguée.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans un super et grand appartement . On se demande si on est pas dans une villa avec sa grande terrasse avec le soleil toute la journée . Description correspond au logement . Nathalie & Jean-Jacques ( propriétaires ) très gentils avec beaucoup de patience au cours des contacts ( mail, téléphone ) .
