This beautiful, fifth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this vacation rental include a kitchen with all the appliances, cabinets and fixtures, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. This home has two bathrooms, the primary bath having a walk in shower and the second bath with a tub. The living room has a TV and DVD player. The bedrooms have TVs and a guest bedroom has a DVD player.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great, clean property

We loved our stay and felt the condo was very clean and the view was spectacular. We saw dolphins from the balcony and never really heard any of the neighbors. We will be coming back!

Loved the neat and clean condo. Very comfy beds and sofa. The views from balcony were great and we saw dolphin and stingrays. Sunrise and sunset were spectacular. We were only steps from the beautiful beach. Loved this unit. We had everything we needed for our stay.

The Island Echos experience is a yearly event to just relax and recharge the battery. You cannot go wrong with the view and 5G provides everything you need to ensure a serene experience. Great view , nice people that live there year round. Great visitors from the Midwest. Helpful maintenance people including Maria who I thought did a great job there of taking care of the grounds and building , BYT I'll be returning to Seacrest next year.

Awesome stay!

My sister and I spent a few days on OI and we loved this condo. It fit our needs and then some!! The beach service was much appreciated also. My only suggestion would be to add a fan to one of the closets for those of us “fan sleepers” to borrow in the future. We hate to leave this beautiful place. Thanks for letting us add an extra night to our stay.

Updating Needs

The unit was very out of date with old stained carpet in the bedrooms, parts of the ceiling chipping in the dining room and a very musty smell. It really needs to be renovated. But we made the best of it and still enjoyed our trip

Cute condo right on the gulf front!

We contemplated on booking our annual family vacation due to COVID-19 but Vasaca made us feel like they were going above & beyond to keep us safe. We didn’t get an early check-in but that was okay bc they explained its bc they needed to keep the rooms unoccupied for a certain amount of time before the next guests. The place had enough room and all the cooking utensils we needed to cook at “home” instead of ordering out to minimize the contact with other people. The gulf front was beautiful! The pictures on Vasaca are actually outdated and the place has new bedding, furniture, & decor now. It looks much more updated! The walls are thick enough that you didn’t hear the guests next door. There is a laundry room on the first floor but I would recommend a coin machine so that it’d be easier to change cash. The kids loved the pool as well! Our only complaints: there seemed to be sand leftover from the last guest on the ground still. It would have been nice to have a bigger broom or some kind of vacuum to clean up as it became quickly noticeable how fast the sand can accumulate if you’re out on the beach. The balcony door also didn’t lock and a few blinds in the master bed were unstable. Otherwise overall, it was a great stay! Thank you for having our family.

Disappointing

Was NEVER told about remodeling until final payment. Heat coming off elevators to our floor was like an inferno. Wall paper peeling up, ceiling chipping and falling and NO WASHER OR DRYER.
