This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes patio doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side, there is a view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this upgraded, homely decorated vacation rental include granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathroom is newly remodeled and includes a jetted tub, vanity, light fixture, and cabinets. The living room has a 32” TV and a DVD player. The bedroom has a 28” TV with a DVD player.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Beautiful condo on water

It was a perfect family day for spring break. My kids enjoyed at the view was outstanding. The amenities are fantastic. Highly recommend this place.

Very Goos Condo!

Very peaceful condo building! Our place was cleaned and ready for us to enjoy when we got there, even got an early check in which was a plus! Stocked very well everything we needed for our stay. The master bedroom mattress could use an update but wasn’t that horrible. Very close to the beach which is nice. The pool area is ok, we didn’t like how we couldn’t sit around the pool. The Vacasa team was very helpful and responded quickly when we had an issue. I would definitely book here again.

Great views . Was relaxing and calm environment which we greatly wanted . Master bedroom carpet could use some updating, it gave the room a bit of a smell and had discoloration and light fixtures needed updating . However , overall was a great stay .

Every thing was good ! Getting in to the property etc.

This condo needs some upgrades ! The refrigerator did not have a handle . The side of the frig next to the stove needed some cleaning the microwave needs to be updated. There was a chair at the dining room table that was broke and in the second bedroom the lamp did not work . Also when I moved the coffee table it had not been vacuumed! Also the extra bed in the closet had a HUGE stain not sure what it was but yuk! The extra sheets for that bed were dirty ! I have never left a comment like this on any rental that I have rented but you asked and yes I replied! For the money it neds a lot of work will not stay there again! Also you have to get up early to run down to the beach and get your free chair they don’t take Reservations! But had a great time overall !

Great location and decent place, but could use some attention.

We stayed at Island Echos 6I for a week in July and were thrilled with the location, view and proximity to the beach. Island Echos is one of many, many high rise hotels/high rise apartment buildings that stretch the length of Fort Walton beach. We were on the sixth floor with a wonderful view of the beach from a small balcony, and the location was convenient to lots of activities, restaurants and Destin (if you don't mind sitting in traffic). We mainly confined ourselves to the apartment, which was comfortable (albeit a little tight) for five people (four adults and one child). We were literally just steps to the beach, and it was super convenient. It was also great to have two lounge chairs and umbrella set up and taken down for us every day. The pool was also nice, except the layout was kind of odd as you couldn't sit in chairs around the pool. (The sitting area is at one end, and the pool was at the other with no space to sit around the pool). Also, when we were there, the seaweed in the ocean was really bad so there were lots of people at the pool instead (it's not very big), and those that came to the pool must have come from the beach because the pool was full of seaweed, both in the water and around the deck for the last few days of our stay. And the water was very cloudy because of how much use it got. There's not much you could do about that, except for an extra cleaning or two. The apartment was mostly clean with a few issues (the ceiling above the air vent in the living room was all moldy, the sliding door out to the balcony was extremely difficult to open as the track was all full of black gunk, and some of the carpet was pretty worn.) The kitchen was also well stocked, but missing a couple of staples (cutting board, for example) and there was one frying pan that was all worn through and peeling metal which got into whatever food you were cooking, lol.). Overall, it was a decent place in a fantastic location, but it could use a thorough cleaning and some simple minor upgrades to the kitchen, which isn't a problem if you plan on eating out all the time.

Beach-beautiful as always.

Property management (Vacasa) was awesome! Carpets needed attention and they agreed had them cleaned immediately. So many things in the unit really needs to be updated. Throw out those two rugs. Ugh. We’ve stayed at island Echos maybe 8 times and LOVE Island Echos but not so much this unit. The overall property is still beautiful!

Best view we've ever had!

6th floor looking out into the Gulf. Doesn't get better than that. The room was all you could ask for. Condo was in great shape, clean, spacious, 3 TV's, and everything you could possibly need. Check in was super easy and Vacasa is there if you need them. You won't because they give you the room code the morning of.
