You will fall in love with this closed-type residence from first sight. The gardens and common areas are very well maintained and there is always peace and tranquility when you walk outside. Lovely aromas of exotic trees while you are watching the playful chasing game of parrots and canaries.
The space in the apartment is planed with great thought and distributed very well. There is plenty of space and light in the kitchen and living area and the views are incredible. You feel as you are traveling the world on a cruise sheep. The early risers could enjoy a beautiful sunrise and if you happen to be there during a full moon you will not forget its reflection over the sea.
You will find everything you need in the apartment and there is a huge local grocery store (Mercadona) conveniently located next to your building.
This is probably one of the best places to live in the area as it is located in front of the beach and is at the same time well protected from tourist crowds and noise. Families with children will find it very convenient as their children can live the flat and play in the gardens without any risks (e.g. traffic, unauthorized guests, etc)
