This stunning unit on the 2nd floor features 1,654 square feet of pure luxury for the entire family to enjoy. This unit offers the ultimate sought after view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. When you enter this professionally decorated unit, the floor to ceiling glass sliding doors will lure you to the balcony and you will begin to see why this gorgeous area is called the Emerald Coast. You will enjoy endless, spectacular views from both the living area and the master bedroom. This unit is professionally decorated with plush appointments to ensure everyone’s comfort both day and night. The unit features a King, Queen, Two Twins, Two Bunks and a Queen Sofa Sleeper. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, cooktop stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the other amenities that will tempt you to try out your culinary skills. There are two seating areas so the entire family can enjoy mealtime together. The bedrooms feature plush bedding and the master bath is equipped with a Jacuzzi tub that is sure to melt your stress away. The unit is furnished with 5 TV’s, 5 DVD’s and a CD Stereo, so everyone can enjoy their favorite show when it is time to relax.

Awesome

The Azure resort was absolutely amazing. We used to stay in Destin but now after this experience and this room we will be staying at the Azure going forward. Definitely booking the same room next year for vacation!

Great spot on the beach!

This was our first time in the area and we loved it! Such a great location, just steps from the beach. The views from the balcony were great and the pools and hut tubs were so much fun for the kids after being at the beach. We found a couple minor things in the unit that were broken but it had no affect on us enjoying our trip. Hope to come back someday!

Great Condo, Great View

This condo is beautiful. I am always concerned that it won't look like the pictures, but this one did not dissappoint! We had an issue with the HVAC, I texted right away, but it was taken care of the next morning. I would say to bring your own bath towel(s), they provide, but one per person, and I think it said shampoo/conditioner was provided, but we did not find any. I'd absolutely stay here again in the future.

Ok, but not great.

Unit is nice and clean but it’s obviously strictly a rental unit. The beds are old and worn out (uncomfortable) and they all sqeak and making noises. The kitchen is understaffed compared to most rentals we stay in. There is also a lot of small items like doors not closing or locking and bath was out of order.

Holiday Stay

We stayed here the 1st week of July. The crowds were large and somewhat unruly (I understand it's a holiday.) But I felt there was obvious things being overlooked by property management. Quiet time hours were not always followed, there was definite lack of courtesy and respect on the beach, and alot of smoking on a non smoking property. I tried to ask about tents being placed in front of the beach service chairs that were complimentary and never got a response. The unit itself was great, fit everyone comfortably, was on the beach with a good view from the balcony, and had everything we needed. Overall, our stay was fine. The kids enjoyed it.

Family time

We so enjoyed the stay we took extended family and everyone had a great time special kudos to the beach team since two of our group needs a little extra help they were a great making sure we were able to get a shorter walk to enjoy the ocean

Oceanfront beauty

Our stay at the Azure was everything and more ! The unit was lovely, spacious and tastefully decorated. Kitchen is well stocked. All three full bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels. The view of the ocean is amazing. The grounds and amenities were clean and well maintained. Looking forward to our next visit.

AWFUL

We’ve stayed at Azure many times, and love it. But this unit is the worst ever. Dirty, poorly maintained, maintenance issues with locks on both inside and outside doors, and the worst part was the Vacasa customer service was of no help at all. They did refund the minimal cleaning fee, and sent a maintenance man to bolt the toilet to the floor parentheses!) But they were many issues beyond that including bad lighting with shorts in it, and even chewing gum ground into the living room rug. Stains on the walls and furniture, just a shame overall in an otherwise beautiful condo complex.

Beautiful condo on beach

This property is beautiful. We had 9 people (3 kids and 6 adults) and this was perfect. Condo was just as described. Clean. Right on beach. Very roomy. Beds very comfortable. There is only 2 suggestions - that you provide a hair dryer and possibly an upgrade to pillows. We all truly enjoyed our stay and the condo is perfect for families. Thank you for a great stay.

The good, the bad, and the ugly

Nice unit. On the beach. Common property well maintained. Good management. But the unit furnishings leave a lot to be desired. Vacuum cleaner is way beyond its lifetime. Unit dirty when arrived. Tv is old and very limited. Kitchen ware missing many basic items. Even the bed has probably never been replaced. All after paying around 25% more two years ago. Bet owner has not been there in years. Area and people are big pluses.

The condo and the room were very nice. The pools and beach access were excellent. The room was very clean when we arrived. Only one minor complaint. The air flow to the master bedroom was not great and the room got hot at night. There were restrictions on the ac thermostat so you could not lower the temperature enough to completely cool the master bedroom. I would recommend changing the settings on the ac thermostat. Other than that, everything was great.

Wonderful

Spacious, clean, fantastic view. My only recommendation is to make the garage more compact car friendly. You will scrape the bottom of fender and bumper going down and damage your car. Perhaps making the bottom level of the garage compact cars only. Higher profile vehicles will not have trouble with scraping underneath their vehicles. Otherwise a fabulous stay!

Great Condo!

We just spent 5 nights in 217. We have a family of 6 (including 4 teenagers). Everyone had their own bed which was a first for us on a family vacation. The condo is absolutely beautiful and the views are amazing! The master bed is super comfortable. All of our kids enjoyed their time at Azure! The pools were well-maintained and the beach was really nice. Here are a few things I wish we knew before traveling to Azure: -bring your own beach towels. There are NO beach towels anywhere. Thankfully we brought some just in case but I feel like a condo this nice and for the $$, beach towels should be included. -there is no hairdryer in the condo. Luckily, the front desk had one we could borrow. -bring kitchen trash bags! We knew we would need to bring paper towels and extra toilet paper but there was only 1 trash bag for the kitchen. It would have been nice to have at least 1-2 extra. Not a super big deal, just didn't realize it right away and had to make a special trip. -the kitchen appliances are just ok. The oven never heated up past 375 degrees and the dishwasher was a bit cheap. Both did the job but again, for the $$ and eating in several days, it would have been nice to have a properly working oven. -Beach service at Azure includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella each day for each unit. No one would email me back about what beach service included. Be sure to get down there early and let the beachboys know you want to reserve your 2 chairs so you can pick a nice spot on the beach. Overall, this was fantastic trip and I would definitely stay at the Azure again as well as this condo. The front desk ladies were great and always helpful. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze.

Very spacious

Pictures didn’t show how high the ceilings were. The condo is definitely was not cramped! There were a few issues in the condo that maintenance took care of within an hour. The one gripe I have is that the beds and couch have been overused and need to be replaced. Great location.

Totally Disappointed!

For almost a $1,000 you’d expect at least a kitchen that has pans with handles. Skillets that were not warped and maybe a set of bowls and atleast one baking sheet. Don’t plan on cooking much in this kitchen. It was very difficult for our party of 10. Unit was dirty needs a deep cleaning when it comes to the bathrooms, kitchen and patio. Beds are hard as a rock and the pillows were flat. Vacuum cleaner was useless. Had a broom but a very small dustpan. And the unit was hot, batteries were missing from the thermostat. Ceiling fan in master bedroom rattles horribly. Bottom line, this unit is just rented without anyone make sure it’s ready for guests.

Vomit in bed

Vomit in master bedroom was disgusting and when I notified you all it was basically ignored. I asked them if they would sleep on a mattress that smelled like vomit and all I heard was silence!! I work for a billion dollar company and customer service with a sense of urgency is very important to our success and you all should take note and do the same!!! Door was off the hinges and cabinets broken just not a professional arrangement!!! When asked for compensation it was totally blown off!!! I don’t need your money it’s the principle that not one penny was offered for a mattress that was filled with vomit!!! Terrible experience

Great Family Spring Break

Our unit was very clean. Very Spacious. Our family of 8 had enough space to sleep and to have quiet time when needed. I loved the balcony size and view of the ocean. The convenience to the stairs and parking deck was very helpful when it came to coming and going with our luggage. The kitchen had all that we needed for cooking. Some things that need attention for a 5 star stay is Master Bed to be replaced. The mattress is pretty slept in on the sides, you definitely wake up in a hole with a big hump in the middle and could use some extra blankets and pillows for pull out couch and for the beds in general. The dryer does not work at all. We tried washing some things prior to leaving and the dryer doesn’t dry the clothes. The sofa and chair linens could use some attention as well, kind of dirty and sandy feeling. Master ceiling fan sounded as it was going to fall out of the ceiling, it appears maintenance or someone stuffed napkins around the base but it still sounded very unstable. We really enjoyed having access to using the extra portable fans though, that was a nice touch. Overall- this place is super nice and spacious. I would bring pillows, blankets, extra TP and Papertowels, coffee filters and trash bags prior to coming. Enjoyed the chairs and umbrellas at the beach. The rental of the room included two chairs and one umbrella at the beach and you can rent extra sets for $35. Very nice guys to work with at the chair rentals.
