1 bedroom apartment freshly renovated with taste located Residence de la Plage, the well named!
Rated 3 stars for a capacity of 4 people.
You will enjoy the tranquility of Bénodétoise in this residence located less than 100m from the beach of Trez, but also close to La Thalasso, the Casino, bars and restaurants...
This apartment consists of:
- An entrance,
- A separate fully equipped kitchen,
- A large living room with sofa and convertible (140cm) overlooking a terrace,
- A room with two 90cm beds that you can bring closer or separate at your leisure (there is a mattress topper for the double version)
- A bathroom with a large shower and washing machine.
We particularly like:
- The location within 100 m of the beach
- The parking space in the basement, essential equipment in summer!
Our concierge based in Fouesnant offers the following options to ask for upon booking:
Sheets kit: double bed 19 € / single bed 15 €
Towel kit (1 large + 1 small): 7 € / person.
Towel Kit + Bath mat: 5 €
End of stay cleaning: 50 €
The key collection takes place in our office in Fouesnant.
