Superb private villa of 250 m² with jacuzzi and sauna for up to 15 people in top-of-the-range conditions. Located 5 minutes from Strasbourg, this house will be the ideal place to spend a pleasant time with family or friends, and relax while visiting our beautiful region.

Friends & Family Christmas Vacation
We had a great time and enjoyed everything about the property. We played ping pong, bocci, foosball, used the video arcade game, hot tub and watched Christmas movies on TV. It is a great set up for a large group with plenty of space. It is well furnished and was even decorated for Christmas! :)

Ein schönes Wochenende mit der Familie erlebt. Wir waren mit 9 Personen in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Wir konnten in der Sauna und Whirlpool super entspannen. Auch der Vermieter hat uns sehr nett empfangen, und alles nötige persönlich gezeigt und erklärt. Tolle Wohnung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Arnaud ist ein toller Gastgeber und wir haben die Zeit mit Grillen und Whirlpool genossen.

Très bien équipé
Logement proche de Strasbourg en voiture. Très bien équipé niveau cuisine. Le sauna et le jaccuzzi sont très appréciables pour se détendre entre amis/famille. Baby foot et table de pong pong tres bien aussi.

Schönes Haus nahe Straßburg
Das Grundstück liegt am Rande von Hurtigheim in einem Wohngebeit und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Terasse und der Garten sind großzügig und können bei schönem Wetter sehr gut genutzt werden. Die Zimmer sind schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer bietet ausreichend Platz, lediglich der Esstisch ist nicht für 15 Personen ausgelegt (nur 8 Stühle). Im Keller befindet sich der sehr schöne Whirlpool und die Sauna sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Kicker. Der Keller selbst lädt jetzt nicht gerade zu längerem verweilen ein, ich denke, dieser ist noch nicht vollständig ausgebaut. Das gesamte Haus war sehr sauber, lediglich das Geschirr wurde aufgrund eines kleinen Defekts der Spühlmaschine nicht immer richtig sauber. Die Übergabe hat einwandfrei geklappt, der Vermieter ist super nett und hilfreich. Das Haus kann sehr empfohlen werden.

Geräumiges Haus mit vielerlei Möglichkeiten
Das Haus bietet geügend Fläche für eine große Gruppe (8pers.) Ohne sich auf die Füße zu treten und bietet genügend Entertainment Möglichkeiten! Leider funktioniert nicht alles einwandfrei (Fernsehen/Netflix im Wohn- und Jacuzzibereich) oder der Saugroboter. Es macht den Eindruck als hätte alles schnell fertig werden müssen...aber sollten die kleinen Baumängel irgendwann behoben werden ist dieses Haus wirklich zu empfehlen! Kindgerecht und eine super Anbindung nach Straßburg!

Tolles Ferienhaus
Tolles und modernes Ferienhaus. Handtücher und Geschirrtücher sollten unbedingt selbst mitgenommen werden. Leider hatten wir Probleme mit den Entertainment Geräten ( Fernseh , Beamer im Keller ) Hier war das Abspielen deutscher Sender nicht möglich . Etwas schade , da die Beamer Funktion im Wellnessbereich schon et as besonderes ist. Ebenfalls funktionierten die „ Fernbedienungen „ im Badzimmer nicht. Ansonsten schönes Ferienhaus für mal kurz abzuschalten

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, photos identiques à la réalité. Confort et hygiène impécable. Nous avons eu l'occasion de découvrir l'ambiance Alsacienne lors du réveillon et le moins quel'on puisse dire c'est que c'était incroyable, des feux d'artifice pendant plus d'1h waouwww A conseiller sans hésiter!!!!

Nous avons passé les fêtes de Noël dans cette résidence parfaitement adaptée à notre réunion de famille. Très confortable et bien située, le logement propose tout le confort et les accessoires pour passer un très bon moment. Arnaud est très professionnel et se préoccupe très bien du bien être de ses hôtes. Strasbourg est tout proche par l'autoroute gratuite ( environ 10 mn). A recommander. Famille Jolivet

Geräumiges Wohnzimmer, alles vorhanden, sehr gute Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder (Petanque, Tischtennis, Kicker, usw). Desweiteren ist das Haus in einem guten Zustand und sehr sauber.

Modern, clean and spacious house. Great facilities.
Walking distance to a lovely local restaurant (Le Moulin). Mattieu and Arnaud were quick to answer any questions and gave a great restaurant recommendation. The only things that the house was missing were fans/air con - we stayed on quite a warm weekend.

Sehr schickes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Wir waren 4 Tage mit einer befreundeten Familie (4 Erwachsene und 4 Jugendliche) in dem sehr geschmackvoll und funktionalen Ferienhaus. Es war reichlich Platz für uns alle. Die Lage des Hauses ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen im Umkreis. Man ist sehr schnell in Straßburg. Allerdings braucht man ein Auto. Besonders angetan haben es uns 2 kleine Saugroboter, die das Haus sauber machten während wir unterwegs waren.
