There are three houses on the property that is nearly 3 hectares, the owner's house and two small houses with panoramic view.
The house is located on the heights of a hill in the foothills of the Pyrenees. The place is quiet without being isolated. The city of Pau is 15 min away, the village of Gan with all local shops 5 minutes.
Cegîte is about 70 m2 1 bedroom: 1 bed 160 x200 upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs in the living room good for 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and it you have access to a small shady private terrace with a beautiful view. Dishwasher and washing machine also
The salt pool is heated and the use is from 10h to 12h and 14h to 17h30, in order to share its use intelligently between the tenants of the two cottages and the owner.
