Golf at championship courses, play tennis at The Van Der Meer world-class tennis facility, bike, walk, or jog on miles of tree-lined bike paths(4 bikes included), swim or sunbathe on long stretches of white sandy beaches, or enjoy the convenience of your own private pool. All of these activities are available when you walk out the door of this newly-renovated and attractively-appointed villa located in The Greens.

This two-story villa in the secluded Greens is built for comfortable living. Upstairs is the master bedroom (with walk-in closet, king-sized bed with brand new mattress set, and TV/DVD) and the guest bedroom with twin sized beds and two double closets. Both have their own full bathrooms. Full-sized washer/dryer conveniently located upstairs. ***Library of great beach reads as well!***

The downstairs boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, breakfast area, and adjacent one-half bath. The living area is complete with a large dining space and a full and comfortable living area with stereo with remote, TV, DVD and DVD library! The side-by-side double glass doorways open onto a deck that offers a scenic view of the seventh fairway at the Shipyard Golf Course.

The location was great for our family and we truly appreciated the bikes, each chairs etc. The was a minor plumbing problem and the owner was very responsive and it was repaired quickly. Thanks for the fun vacation location.

The Greens 176
This is a very nice villa in a great location within the Shipyard Plantation. It is comfortable and very well equipped. Communication with the owners was outstanding with detailed instructions provided. The owners also provided use of bikes and a gas grill, extras that we enjoyed and don't often find. Afternoons tended to get quite warm inside the villa during our March stay. We couldn't figure out how to turn the air on and in retrospect should have asked the owners so that's on us. Overall just a wonderful stay in paradise.

A super clean and well stocked condo. The location to the pool and beach was great. Great place to ride bikes and so nice that bikes are there for your use as was beach chairs. Hope the condo is available when we visit Hilton Head again!

Fantastic Beach Location
176 The Greens may be the first place I've been where the online photos understated the actual facilities. The rooms were comfortable and inviting, the furniture felt like home, and the location is spectacular.

The property was in a convenient location on the island to access golf and restaurants. Very clean and well supplied with basic necessities. Bikes were a plus and the location to the beach access wasn't very far. Would highly recommend it

Great Vacation at The Greens - Shipyard
Excellent accommodations at this rental. Very clean, well-equipped with all the essential necessities, comfortable bed. We felt right at home. The bikes and beach locker with chairs were a bonus! We would definitely return. Pat and Steve are great hosts!

Wonderful Hilton Head vacation
The place was clean and had everything needed to cook. Having the bikes and beach locker with chairs were excellent pluses. It’s about a 10 minute easy walk to the beach or a few minutes by bike or car. The owners were responsive to questions and checking in at the gate for a parking pass when we arrived was simple. We loved the place and highly recommended it!

Spacious and conveniently located condo!
We enjoyed our week in HHI! This was our 8th visit to HHI and our first one staying in this condo. Previously, we spent the last 8 years staying in Folly Field. We loved this spacious condo with all of the amenities included. Just a short walk to the beach and the locker was a great added bonus! I highly recommend this condo!

Great value spot. Not directly on beach so save a little money but still a 5 to 6 minute shady stroll to beach so very close. Condo was as advertised and use of beach locker and bikes was a big plus. Definitely will stay at 176 The Greens again.

A relaxing stay at the beach!
Our family had a wonderful time in HH. The home is very clean, well located and has plenty amenities. We were able to prepare many meals at home. The grill is really nice. The home is a quiet retreat, with an easy walk to the beach and easy bike ride to restaurants and shopping. It is very comfortably furnished. We enjoyed using the bikes to explore the area. Communication with the homeowners was easy. We would consider staying again!

After vacationing in Hilton Head Island for 5 years, we decided to buy a Villa. It is our piece of paradise. We always look forward to our visits with great expectation and are never disappointed.

What makes this property unique

Our Villa offers all the comforts of home while you enjoy a sub tropical island vacation. Biking with the four bikes provided with the rental is a great way to get to know the Plantation. The pool is 200 yards away, tennis is 400 yards away and the beach is only a 5 minute walk. Grilling from a patio area, off the deck, which backs up to the Shipyard Golf Course, is always great fun.
