New for 2025: HEATED SWIMMING POOL - OPENNING MAY 2025 ! With 5 spacious bedrooms (sleeps 14 - maximum 10 adults), a swimming pool and a large garden with petanque area, Villa Les Daules is ideal for a stay with family or friends. 300 metres from the beautiful sandy beach of Le Verger, this 210 m² villa is an ideal base for visiting Cancale and the surrounding area.

Bathed in light, the 40 m² living room invites you to enjoy convivial moments. The dining area has a large table that can be joined by a side table to seat fourteen guests. In the lounge, the royal blue sofa creates an elegant and cosy atmosphere. The charmingly refurbished kitchen is self-contained and fully equipped, so you can whip up a delicious meal for your family and friends. One of the highlights of this villa is the separate family room with fireplace. This is a convivial leisure room with a television, where you can read, play games or watch a film without disturbing the others. This room has a sofa bed, providing comfortable sleeping for two people. Adjoining this recreation room is a small shower room with shower and toilet. In addition to the sofa bed in the family room, Villa Les Daules has three double bedrooms, all of which are decorated to a very high standard and have plenty of storage space. The first bedroom is on the ground floor and has a 140x200 bed. The other two double bedrooms are upstairs. One has a 160x200 bed and a cot. The other, with its 140x200 bed and cot, also has a study area. Upstairs there is also a 45 m² dormitory with two 90x190 beds, a pull-out bed and a bunk bed that can comfortably accommodate up to eight children. A 140x190 double bed completes the dormitory. The villa has three bathrooms, two on the ground floor and one upstairs, and three toilets.

The large garden, recently refurbished and replanted, has a heated swimming pool. Deckchairs, garden furniture and tables are available, as well as a barbecue for a great holiday! A petanque area and outdoor games are available for the enjoyment of young and old alike.


TO BE NOTED:
- Household linen is always optional and charged to the holidaymaker (€18 per person)
- The swimming pool is only open from may to the end of September.
- The house is suitable for a maximum of 10 adults.
- The fireplace can only be used from 1 October to 31 March. Please note that it is located in a room that can also be used as a bedroom.
-A member of our team will be there to welcome you on your arrival and ensure that you have a pleasant stay on your departure. - Late arrivals after 20:00 are possible with a supplement of 40 € to be paid on arrival. We do not accept guests after midnight.
-The villa is managed by a travel agency specialising in holiday rentals, Archipel Evasion, registered with Atout France under the number IM972130002 and holding an APST financial guarantee.
- A deposit of 2000 € by bank pre-authorisation will be requested one week before your arrival. Pets can be accepted on request with an extra charge
