Freshly painted and simply decorated, comfort and convenience for multiple families, 2-3 couples, groups.

This classic brick and weatherboard home, recently updated with a fresh coat of paint and new furnishings, offers comfort with sought after amenities like a solar-heated pool and a full-sized tennis court. Families and friends will find plenty to do, and the beach is just a short walk away.
Ground level features three bedrooms, including two with Queen beds and two with Single bunk beds. There’s one bathroom and a separate toilet. The open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area is comfortable with a gas fireplace, reverse cycle air-conditioning, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and an extendable dining table that seats up to 10. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, hot plates, refrigerator, pod coffee machine, and a small island bench with stools. Outside, you’ll find an undercover dining area with a table and chairs for alfresco meals, plus a weber BBQ and an additional outdoor table and chairs for larger gatherings or multiple family groups.

Bedroom 2 with a Queen bed and smart TV.
Bedroom 3 with 2 x single bunk beds, a 2nd lounge retreat for the kids with couches, Smart TV and access via sliding doors to the outdoors.

Upstairs, accessible via an external staircase, this self-contained motel-style suite features a Queen bed, TV, and a comfortable lounge suite. The bathroom includes a vanity, shower, and toilet.

A Security deposit of $2000 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests 28+ will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.
