Super situation et grand terrain

Très bel endroit. Maison charmante mais qui a besoin de rénovation dans certaines parties et qui a ce moment là sera au top, comme la porte terrasse qui ne ferme pas. La dépendance sur pilotis est superbe très belle réalisation mais manque soit la climatisation ou une moustiquaire pour ouvrir une fenêtre car pièce très chaude en été même avec les stores fermés. La piscine est agréable. Les propriétaires et Quentin sont très aimables. L endroit est idéalement situé pour les visites alentours. Les enfants ont aime courir et jouer au foot sur le grand terrain. La propriété est fermée par un portail et clôturée par des haies, ouvertes à certains endroit sur la propriété d à côté avec visite régulière du chien. Propriété très proche de Deauville.
