A perfect vacation spot to live that 30A lifestyle located in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. Walking distance to public beach accesses and tons of yummy local restaurants. Sleeps 10 - Bikes - Pet Friendly- Professionally cleaned - Lux Interior Design - Perfect for Families or Groups.

SLEEPS 10
FIRST FLOOR
BEDROOM 1 - Sleeps 2 - King bed with closet and private en-suite bathroom. Large walk in shower.

BEDROOM 2 - Sleeps 4- Queen over Queen adult or kid bunk bed, closet and adjacent shared hallway bathroom with shower/tub combo.

LIVING ROOM - Sleeps 2- Twin daybed with twin trundle. The living room is open concept.

SECOND FLOOR
BEDROOM 3 - Sleeps 2 - King bed with a private en-suite bathroom. Large walk in shower. Has a separate private porch.

THE KITCHEN
Gourmet appointed kitchen with island seating for up to 6. Brand new appliances and dishwasher.

AMENITIES
Each reservation will be provided with the following.
PER BATHROOM + LAUNDRY ROOM
1 travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bar soap - Brand is Terra Pure Green Tea.
2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 Tide pods laundry detergent

KITCHEN
1 roll of paper towels, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 kitchen soap, 2 trash-bags - you will need to provide anything past our initial start up packet.

Each reservation comes with fresh white towels, hand towels, wash-clothes.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Professionally cleaned each time.
Clean linen program - All linens including duvets are cleaned for each reservation. This a full-time -short term rental property.

PETS
We do allow TWO PETS MAX - with a $275 non refundable pet fee. We will collect this fee upon arrival or you can add it into the reservation. If your pet causes damage beyond the $275, we will charge accordingly after each inspection.
NO CATS ALLOWED

PARKING
Parking for up to 6 cars. No parking at the carriage house. Only park at the main house.

THE BEACH
The closest beach access is a public access called Blue Mountain Beach. Please feel free to look this up in your maps. La Casa Luna is located on Sky High Dune Drive. You are about a 10 minute walk to the main beach path.

Loved our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was so clean and decorated so well. Super convenient-we rode bikes to the beach and coffee shops/restaurants. Highly recommend.

Amazing summer stay!

We truly loved this place! Nice, modern, walking distance to the beach. The neighborhood was very beautiful and the beach nearby (blue mountain beach) had gorgeous white sand and crystal clear green-blue water. Completely unrelated to the house, if you are not from Florida and you are bringing Fido Please know that in most Florida beaches they do not allow dogs on the beach.

Excellent Stay!

Great location. Quiet and private. Nice size kitchen for a small space. Lots of natural light made it feel larger. 2 of us and a small dog stayed for about a month. Would recommend it.

Perfect Blue Mtn weekend

We love Blue Mountain Beach and the carriage house was perfect for us. The house had everything we could want and the location is central to everything on 30A.

Great Stay

The five star reviews were ok correct. The owner was extremely quick to respond to a minor issue we had with the fire alarm beeping and in less than 20 mins the issue was resolved. Location is an easy walk to several good restaurants, a great coffee shop and of course the beach. Also very neat how the property sits at one of the highest spots along the coast. Five stars.

Perfect location

Clean and well stocked rental. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Parking was a little tricky, (we had our truck and golf cart rental) there was a trailer, truck, and sometimes a jeep that made it difficult at times to pull in and out of the parking pad.

La Casa Luna was perfect for our short getaway!

This carriage house was perfect for our short family vacay! The place was clean, in a great little neighborhood and close to the beach! The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the needed essentials to cook daily meals, the bed was so comfy and the owners provided mini toiletries to start with! Thank you for allowing us to stay in this sweet carriage house!

We had an amazing stay! This carriage house was perfect. It was so spacious and clean. When we weren’t at the beach (which is a very short and easy walk), the house was a great place to unwind and relax. Would absolutely book this property again and recommend to all!

The Perfect Blue Mountain Stay

This home is one of our favorites we have rented. The location is amazing at the end of a quite cul-de-sac with the friendliest neighbors. Our dog loved walking the neighborhood and walking to dinner with us every night as well. The home is perfect itself with fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a very comfortable bed which is very important after long beach days! We are already booking our next trip to stay here again!

Perfect place for a couple!

This carriage house is the perfect place for a couple who just wants a nice place to stay on vacation. Great location with easy beach access. Definitely grab a bicycle or two if you want a really easy way to get to the beach! Perfect sized kitchen to do some cooking and get some work done at the island. We loved having access to a washer and dryer too! Well-stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful modern but cozy

My husband and I with our dog came down for a last minute beach trip. This home is clean, well stocked and comfortable. Great neighborhood to walk a dog. Very quiet, with friendly neighbors. Would recommend!! Only down side is the walk to the beach includes a bit of a hill. Still very happy we picked it. Bonus: only place I’ve ever stayed that provided some laundry detergent! What a thoughtful gesture.

Perfect Getaway

We found the Carriage House a stunning property in an ideal location. Perfect for a couple and a pair of small dogs. The 30A scene rocks with all sorts of independent businesses, farmer's markets and art galleries. Beaches are the most beautiful in the USA.

Immaculate place!

This place was everything I imagined! We really enjoyed and ready to book again. It was very clean and inviting. I love the setup! We left the blinds up to wake up to the sun hitting us in the face. It was amazing. Walking distance to the private beach area. Much needed getaway and this place made it more enjoyable.
