About this property

Modern, bright and central apartment. One minute from the Plaza Mayor.

Nuestros apartamentos están dotados con todo el equipamiento y los servicios necesarios para que te sientas como en casa durante tu estancia en nuestra ciudad. Al encontrarse en pleno centro cuenta con todo tipo de servicios a su alrededor: restaurantes, supermercados, taxis, parada de autobús, tiendas... Está ubicado a escasos metros de la Plaza Mayor y del Mercado Central , en plena zona monumental.

El edificio en el que se encuentran está catalogado como edificio de interés arquitectónico que data de 1935. Su fachada cuenta con elementos de art-déco muestra de una etapa casi desaparecida en Salamanca. Se rehabilitó y reformó en 2017 respetando su estilo y adaptándolo a los tiempos actuales. El portal no tiene barreras arquitectónicas, tenemos ascensor. Las calidades de aislamiento tanto acústico como térmico harán de tu estancia una experiencia confortable.

Si viajáis en coche, podéis llegar hasta la misma puerta del portal para descargar maletas cómodamente. En caso de necesitar plaza de garaje podéis poneros en contacto con nosotros e intentaremos ayudaros en todo lo posible.

Amazing property

The apartment is beautiful and very well kept , the location was great , less than a minute away from Plaza Mayor . The landlord was very courteous and always available if we had any questions about our stay or the city . He got us info about touristic places to visit , where to shop and restaurants. I definitely will go back to the same place if I decide to visit Salamanca again.

Fantastic apartment! Fantastic location! Fantastic city!

This apartment was exactly as it appeared in the description - no trick photography! It was a cozy space with everything you need for an extended stay in Salamanca. I was even able to host a small dinner party with my new international friends! The apartment is very close to Plaza Mayor with many restaurants, cafes, and shops, and less than a 15 min walk to the cursos international building of the universidad de Salamanca. Fernando was awesome! The check in and check out process was flexible and easy. He welcomed us with a bottle of wine as well as lists of favorite restaurants, parking, and tourist suggestions. He took the time to check on me throughout the stay and even dropped off a sweet treat to wish me luck on my exams! I almost hate to leave such an impressive review because I plan to return soon, and I will want to stay in this same apartment! You will not regret booking this apartment or working with Fernando! Buen viaje!

Super schönes, bestens ausgestattetes Appartement im Zentrum Salamancas

In diesem Appartement hatte ich eine fantastische Zeit in Salamanca. Es liegt super zentral, alles, was das Herz begehrt ( Supermärkte, Parkhaus, Sehenswürdigkeiten) liegt fußläufig in wenigen Minuten. Das Appartement selbst ist sehr modern, geschmackvoll und liebevoll ausgestattet. Es ist absolut alles da, was man braucht. Eintreten und zu Hause fühlen! Dazu trägt auch Fernando sehr bei. Er ist stets mit super freundlicher Hilfe und Ratschlägen zur Stelle. Wieder abreisen aus diesem Appartement möchte niemand wirklich! Und ich komme bestimmt wieder!

Hermoso apartamento en Salamanca

El apartamento es muy lindo, espacioso, todo limpio, muy funcional de la manera que está decorado. A mi y a mi familia nos encanto. Además que está muy céntrico. Muy cerca de la plaza mayor. Fernando se ocupa de que tengas todo lo que necesitas para tu estadía.
