If you're wanting to escape it all then this is the place for you. Accessible by 4x4 only, or by boat or helicopter this property is situated on 50 acres of native bush. Surrounded by beautiful bush walks, farm animals (including sheep, peacocks, chickens, ducks and other exotic birds) this property is the epitome of privacy and seclusion.
Perfect for a romantic weekend away, or 2 families wanting to have a holiday together, a fishing weekend, or as an artists' retreat.
There is a wharf out from the cottage and pontoon in the bay. Jetty water depth is 2.7m at high tide and dry at low tide.
Great fishing spot for those who love fishing the bottom end of the island, dinghy available for your use.
This is a basic bach - 2 bedrooms upstairs - open plan with a small area downstairs that houses the kitchen / dining and lounge.. 25 mins drive time to Onetangi and approx 30-40mins to Oneroa.
Special conditions:
Smoking Permitted outside only.
Rates apply for 2 people.
$55 per extra person per night.
Total number of people that can stay in the boat house and cabin: 10
2 night min booking.
3 night min bookings over long weekends.

This private and inspiring setting is the perfect backdrop for the holidays. Set in a secluded and private bay, it boasts 50 acres of bird and animal life, from lambs to donkeys, peacocks, ducks, doves and parrots, not to mention the variety of native species and fauna. Waken to tuis and kereru and the music of lapping water then walk the many bush walks that cover this beautiful property..
This.2-bedroom Boathouse with separate cabin, and its own dock, is ideal for families or groups. It can host up to 10 guests. Accessible by 4x4, helicopter or boat, this one-of-a-kind Waiheke accommodation is the hallmark of romance and relaxation. And adventure! A tender is available to access your boat and the great fishing spots outside the Marine Reserve. There are 3 SUPs available for your use as well as 2 kayaks.
A large, flat grassy area right next to the beach—your very own beach—makes this hideaway a romantic retreat, with 2 heli-pads for a dramatic entrance. (Please contact our office for more details.)
