The main house includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, the living/dining and the kitchen. There is also an annexed wing which consists of a queen bedroom, an ensuite and the "Bunk" room, this also has an ensuite for all the kids.
The spacious entertaining dining area has two large dining tables so all the family can sit down together to enjoy a meal.
Should the wind be coming off the lake, there is a large, sheltered outdoor patio located at the rear of the house to sit and read that holiday novel.
The renown Waitahanui river is nearby if fishing is your pastime and Taupo town is only 10km away.
This is a classic Kiwi Bach as we know and love, it is a simple and privately owned home, made for families to enjoy and make lasting memories of Great Lake Taupo.
NOTE: Under Kiwi Bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels)or use our hire service. If you wish to add the linen hire of $15 per person please select this option when booking or let us know in the comments section.
When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.
We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
