Arrowtown - Beautiful newly renovated 3 bedroom house

This lovely holiday home has been recently renovated to make it a modern, comfortable and warm property. It has three double bedrooms and separate shower and toilet. Catering fully for all of your needs. A large sun deck to sit out on in the summer time and a gas fire and heat pump to keep you warm in the winter. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave also laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Note: There is a separate self-contained sleep out with queen bed and king single also .
The sleep-out can be rented at a separate cost to the house. Please inquire at time of booking. Cost for sleep-out is $130 extra per night, sleeps 3.

Beautiful house, well furnished and decorated. Great backyard too. Great location, right next to the 4square and a quick walk into town. House was warm and spotless when we arrived. Just wished we could stay longer.

This house in Arrowtown has a great location. It has 3 outside areas to relax in. This house is one of the best bnb's we have ever stayed at. We highly recommend and when we are back in Arrowtown his will be where we stay.

House is great, location is perfect - 10 minute walk to town centre, and literally 2 doors down from four square. Only downside was lack of air con in bedrooms during hot summer nights made it hard for kids to sleep.

Wonderful Place to Stay
An excellent property centrally located with good off street parking and a Supermarket short walking distance away. This very clean comfortable home plus sleep-out is very well appointed with everything we needed plus more. Tastefully decorated both these catch sun from most angles during the day. The two outdoor areas provide, at the front, an area to sit and watch the world go by on the quiet street, or the private open plan backyard. We were lucky enough to meet the very hospitable owners who made us feel so welcome. Correspondence with them during these very uneasy unknown times was made easy by them. We certainly enjoyed a wonderful stay and plan to return. Thank you so much.

This property is fantastic. It has everything you could possibly want. The kitchen is very well equipped..air fryer, coffee machine and everything else you could possibly need. The rest of the house was well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. Great house, can’t fault it.

Enjoyable ski holiday
The house was spacious enough (big lounge et big kitchen). Comfortable, with gas fireplace and heat pump. The owners were just a phone call away, easy to deal with. 4-square a few meters away. Quiet area. Arrowtown is a convenient place to stay when skiing in Remarkables, Coronet Peak and Cardrona. Overall an enjoyable stay for all.

Charming and stunning place to base yourself
As I was hosting some overseas visitors I was looking for a place that would allow us freedom of movement ad the comforts of home. Maple Cottage totally delivered in a stunning backdrop. 5 minutes walk to local shops and a supermarket but in a secluded area with a beautiful garden. Just ideal and a home we all looked forward to relaxing in after a big day exploring!
