-Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure, so that it is tidy for the next tenant, however we do offer an optional cleaning service(excluding bed making and dishwashing).
-We welcome you to our quite spacious home, it is a great place to unwind, and take in the lovely views and surrounds of Hanmer Springs anytime of the year.
-quiet peaceful setting but so close to everything, you can just park up the car and walk everywhere, being only 3 min scroll to town or thermal pools (which is a must), there are also heaps of activities to do if you want to, which include jet boating, horse trekking, mini golf, or many of the walking or biking tracks, just to name a few.

Special conditions:
We do not accept bookings made for groups of individuals who have anyone under 20 years of age(please note: this does not include families with children under 20 or groups of workers).
There is a surcharge for a one night booking of $30, we do not accept one night bookings during weekends or school holidays.(unless filling a gap)
3 nights minimum stay for Easter or Christmas
Extras: Cleaning (Optional, NZ$155.00per stay); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: BRING YOUR OWN LINEN (towels/sheets); We can arrange for you to hire these if needed.
Linen Hire prices - King sheets $22per set, Queen sheets $18 single sheets $15, bath towels $5, Hand towels $3, bed making $7.50
