Our modern and spacious 3 bedroom apartment is situated in a spectacular alpine setting. Opposite world class golf at Millbrook Resort, 15 minutes drive from Queenstown and 2 minutes from historic Arrowtown. The apartment offers a fully-equipped kitchen, lounge, dining, laundry, full Sky TV, Wifi Internet, underfloor heating and gas fire, as well as an indoor heated swimming pool, gym and tennis court on-site also. Great place for a family to stay!
The apartment was very comfortable, well laid out (3 bedrooms, one on main floor, 2 1/2 bathrooms, nice kitchen, patio table and chairs, lots of privacy, well furnished, comfortable beds, etc. The weather was not hot when we were there, so we were very comfortable. However, it might have gotten pretty warm in hot weather because there is no AC.

We absolutely loved Scott’s place. Easy walk into town and great spot for visiting the local sites. House was clean and everything was in order. I’d definitely stay here again.

Awesome in Arrowtown
The house was perfect for 2 couples as two of the rooms had king beds with ensuites. The access to gym and pool made for a great week away in a beautiful location.

Central but out of the hustle and bustle
A great location with a well equipt house. We loved the washer and dryer for the toddler messes. The house was sunny and bright with lots of grass to relax on. The main heating was a gas fire but there was no heat pump/air con or even a fan in our unit. This would make the unit quite hot in summertime, we had enough trouble getting the toddler to sleep in the hoooot upstairs bedroom as it was We will visit again, maybe without the toddler next time!

The accomodation (and setting) is even nicer than the photos suggest. The apartment was very modern, spacious, and quiet. The pool and gym also bettered expectations. The location is glorgous. We hired bikes for 5 days and were on them constantly. Scott, the complex manager, was fantastic (we had a couple of special needs and he was incredibly responsive).

Perfect queenstown getaway
This property was everything we needed.. the swimming pool close by was a great time filler in between trips to queenstown and arrowtown. Only grumble was that we were woken by painters outside the bedroom window with no notice. Not what you want when your on holiday and we're looking forward to a sleep in.

Great set up for long weekend skiing for family group
Beautiful central location for driving to Arrowtown, Lake Hayes, Queenstown, Coronet Peak and for heading out to Gibbston Valley and Cardrona. Room layout was awesome for two couples and a single. Multiple bathrooms handy for post ski showering! Electric blankets were awesome although heaters in bedrooms could have been slightly better/larger (they were fine though!). Nice lounge/dining/kitchen space for communal wines/dinners/card games. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks!
