Come and stay to your home away from home in New Subdivision. Modern and stylish next to new built. 2 bedroom and 1 bath bright space basement suite (self contained. Separate entrance) with 2 queen beds. In suite laundry. House is built in with soundproof concrete in between floors , 9ft ceiling.

My Family of 5 live upstairs unit with 3 kids 6-9 ages. We are quite and my kids are aware of our AirBNB and are very understanding. They dont jump and run around the house( expect maybe if they get excited sometimes)
