About this property
SanTrabin on Smith Lake in a quiet cove!
SanTrabin has been my family’s retreat for over 12 years! The definition of a Trabin [tra-bin] is a trailer-cabin, emphasis on the cabin. We renovated a single wide trailer into this comfy cozy cabin in the trees about 8 years ago! But as you know, at the lake you will be living outside, so enjoy the quiet swimming cove and treehouse-like porches. somwthing to know about the cabin is there is currently no WiFi.
The house and dock are included. The boat slip is available to use if you are brining your own boat or rent one from the nearby marina. Also, you do not want to miss the outdoor shower!
PADDLE BOARDS!!! Anyone under the age of 8 is required to wear a life vest while on the board. One life jacket per person on the board at all times per Alabama Life Jacket Laws. The jet ski is NOT included.
