Villa Topaz (Apartment 7) is a quality 1 bedroom holiday accommodation located with easy access from the top car park area. Just a short stroll along the path brings you to this very cute and comfortable Villa. The Villa is bright and fresh and very well equipped with most everything you may require in order to have a comfortable relaxing stay, even has a brand new Lazy Boy if you just want to chill out and watch TV, listen to the stereo, or use the Free WiFi to entertain yourselves.
The north facing deck area is full of sun providing the perfect place to enjoy a BBQ dinner and a glass of that great Waiheke wine while overlooking beautiful Palm Beach and beyond.
Villa Topaz is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom accommodation, with the bedroom ensuring a good nights rest with comfy new split king bed, feathered pillows, and quality bed linen. It is equipped with heat pump, Sky TV, stereo and BBQ.
The Villa is well positioned being close to the upper car park and restaurant/bar, and just the spot to stay while spending some relaxing time on Waiheke Island!
Villa Topaz is probably the smartest and most comfortably appointed Villa within the complex, and at a very affordable price, so come and check it out.
Plenty of free car parking available.
Gust have access to use the resort swimming pool and spa pool (at a nominal fee of $25 p/b, please pay for and get your pool pass from reception on arrival) as well as the bar and restaurant.
