Old house, great location

1950s house which has hardly been touched since then, in great location in Leura.Our initial impression of the house was poor, as a switch had tripped and the fridge and half the appliances were off. We found the switchboard and fixed this, but couldn't fix the very dusty carpet which triggered bad allergies in my daughter. The rooms (apart from the one with no window) are very bright in the morning as the curtains don't meet in the middle. Other issues were a broken outdoor chair and only 4 dining chairs for a house which sleeps 6.However, having a pool room kept all the family happy and the sunroom has been slightly modernised with a new couch, blinds and smart TV. Being so close to Leura's mall and walks was a great advantage and there are lots of restaurant and takeway options.
