Nestled into a quiet residential street the Lodge offers:-

Optional Self Contained Studio can be included.

A newly renovated separate studio is available at an additional charge.
Fully fenced with a studio layout , en-suite bathroom, Kitchenette with cooking facilities.

Special conditions:
This property is situated in a very quiet private location .
We have had issues with some groups disturbing the neighbours at night so we now ask that there is no outside activity after 10pm.
Any noise does travel a long way on the lake, we are happy for you to continue your activities indoors with ranch sliders closed. The neighbours do have the property managers phone number and will contact her if this is not adhered to. No parties or stag dos are allowed, if these occur you will be asked to leave with no refund given.

The Perfect Spot
Great weekend at the perfect spot, had all of us checking our Lotto tickets hoping we had won so we could offer to buy the property. Facilities were well utilised, spa pool and kayaks and heaps of room for our very large family.

Lovely family house
Stayed here with family and had a great time. The place is lovely and peaceful. Close to various activities and attractions that Rotorua has to offer. I would definitely recommend the place to any big family.

Great facilities
This is great accommodation if you need a few queen beds and bathrooms. Right on the lake front , wish we had time to enjoy getting out on it. Fabulous views and very peaceful. The separate sleepout is awesome .

The perfect place to stay for a large family
We had nine of us day, one-year-old right up to grandparents including Aunty‘s and uncles. The house was big enough that we didn’t get under each other’s feet and fully equipped with everything in the kitchen that you could ever need. The house was clean and tidy and a really amazing place to stay. The view to wake up to every morning was unbelievable

This property is immaculately presented with no end of utilities. The lodge is spacious and can accommodate a large number of people. The lodge feels like a family home, with a welcoming and comfortable layout. The location is superb, very close to the shops and attractions but still very private and quiet. Excellent property and would highly recommend.

Excellent place to unwind
A gorgeous setting on the lake in a quiet neighborhood where you can sit back and enjoy the beautiful view. The house is well equipped and having a spa and bbq was awesome. I would definitely recommend if you want somewhere close to town but away from the hustle and bustle.

Awesome Family Venue
This was an amazing property for all 12 of us, from grandparents to 2 x 2 year old cuzzies. It was cold outside and the house was warm and cozy even though it was big and spacious. The hot spa was a fun place for us all to hang out together. We had a place for each one of us e.g. my partner did yoga in the main bedroom while the kids all watched a movie in the lounge by the fire and some of us were in the spa or out walking by the lake. We all had perfect sleeping spaces too. The Lake was cold but good for a quick dip between spa soaks and although the kayaks weren't used, we could have, we did the luge instead. A great house for a large family. Thankyou so much, Gay and whānau.

I'm easy going, laid back and friendly. I was brought up in this house as my parents are the owners. I'm based 40 minutes away in Tauranga with my husband and 2 kids. However I am frequently in Rotorua as my parents still live there.

Please be assured that if you need anything while at the property someone is always around to help out.

Why they chose this property

The lodge is extremely family friendly. With the lake right on your doorstep. The lake is shallow near the shore making it ideal for families. There are plenty of kayaks on site as well for everyone to use.
