Redwoods Retreat is a bright and inviting 3-bedroom home, perfectly located just a 30 second bike ride from the renowned Redwoods Forest and within walking distance to the spectacular Redwoods Treewalk. The house offers an open-plan layout with a small deck off the lounge to enjoy the morning sun and a larger deck with a spa pool, BBQ, and outdoor furniture to soak up the afternoon sun. Just a 5-minute drive to Rotorua’s beautiful lakes and the city center, it’s the ideal base for your next stay

The Space:
The house has a double garage and additional off-street parking to the rear.

Master Bedroom: King Bed with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.
Bedroom Two: King Bed
Bedroom Three: Single Bed over a Double Bed (bunk style)

The living room has a wood burner fire plus a split style heat pump / AC unit.

The house has a relaxed, comfortable feel where you can feel at home during your stay.

Being so close to the forest, there are countless walking and riding trails right on the doorstep. This really is a great spot to stay when visiting Rotorua.

Guest Access:
The whole house is yours to use and enjoy

The Neighborhood:
Lynmore is one of the most sought after neighbourhoods in Rotorua. It is surrounded by other nice properties and is only minutes to the forest and the lakes.

There is a small store and bakery about 50 metres down the road or take a walk further down the road to the Good Eastern Taphouse and enjoy a craft beer.

Getting Around:
The house is located about 5km from the CBD which is an easy walk if you're up for it through a picturesque thermal walkway. Otherwise, there is a bus stop at the front gate. We have a double garage and plenty of off street parking.

Other Things to Note:
There are a number of fantastic eateries and shops within 5 minutes walk.
