This modest two bedroom house has been with our family for many years and is available to share with people that love to be on the beach with an unobstructed view to love and enjoy.....

One of Three properties available Unit 5 is between Unit 4 (Executive) and unit 6 (Supreme) on the beach front. Stroll along the beach at sunset and return to relax as the sun goes down on the front deck.

Handy to Resorts, Cafe's, Bars and Avarua the main shopping/business centre this is by far the most economical place to stay with a beach location.

Smoking allowed outside only...............Great for a couple of people to chill out.

Nikao Cottages is a a family owned business started 30 years ago when our parents built their first house (now known as Unit 5). Since them we have added two more Units on the beach side, Units 4 and 6 and 3 across the road, Units 1 and 2 and a Caretakers Cottage.
