In spite of being near this popular beach spot, you’ll enjoy residential quiet among the shore pines and beach grass in this attractive, spacious home beloved by guests. The main-level great room opens to a deck with seating and a barbecue; the living room’s plush sectional, TV, and granite fireplace invite your guests to lounge together. A dining table, elevated seats at the breakfast bar, and a kitchen with all you’ll need for prepping and serving meals mean dining in is a cinch. One bedroom suite is on the main level for easy access; three more bedrooms, including a king suite and a landing loft with a bunk bed for the kids, are located upstairs. Guests remark on the spacious nature of the home and its capacity for extra guests or another family.
A paved trail and boardwalk trek over a dune to the beach gives you delightful access to stunning views of Haystack Rock and the Pacific. Stroll south to Bob Straub State Park and the mouth of the Nestucca River, or north to a steep dune, marine gardens, the Pelican Pub, and upscale Meridian Restaurant. Watch surfers and dory boat captains brave the waves, search for marine animals in the tidepools, or climb the dune for breathtaking views down the coast.
