The Space:

The polished concrete kitchen bench is a centrepiece, with new wooden floors, stunning light features and hand-picked art adorning the walls.

Upstairs is the spacious master suite with king sized bed, and an additional single bed, suited to family guests. The space has been brought to life with attic style ceiling, sky lights that allow an abundance of light to stream in, beautiful ensuite, large walk-in robe and electric wall heater.
Downstairs, the second bedroom features a queen sized bed and walk-in robe, and opens to the private courtyard with sliding doors that fill one wall, offering lots of light and fresh air.
Main bathroom with a large shower is also downstairs and offers space and light for guests to enjoy.
Guests also have access to a carpark behind the building which is a valuable addition.
The apartment is next door to a family friendly park, with a new playground and BBQs for picnic lunch or dinners. Located in a quiet residential street, the apartment is one of just four in the converted warehouse. Just next to the residence is John Doggett Park, perfect for children and families to enjoy.
West Hobart is a picturesque suburb on the cusp of the city, with leafy tree-lined streets and period style homes.
Just a block away is the local favourite, Hill Street Grocer with gourmet deli, delicious fresh produce, artisan bakery, local wines and seafood. On daily strolls, stop in at Smolt Kitchen Café, a modern and eclectic eatery open for brunch and dinner.
North Hobart’s renowned restaurant and café precinct is just a 10 minute walk, where you’ll have a selection of some of Hobart’s best venues to choose from such as Ogee, Room for a Pony and Bar Wa Izakaya for Japanese.
It’s an easy 20 minute stroll to get into Hobart CBD, or an extra 5 minutes to the must-experience Salamanca Place and Hobart Waterfront. To stretch the legs, head to nearby Knocklofty Reserve for walks in the native bushland.
Getting Around:
Metro Tasmania bus network has bus stops on nearby Arthur Street to take you into Hobart and surrounding areas. Getting to the property from Hobart airport is just 20 minutes by car. Jump on the ferry to MONA – the wharf is just 35 minutes walk or 7 minutes by car.
Taxis and Uber are also available, as well as Neuron and Beam Scooters to rent via apps.
