This sunny elevated timber interior holiday home is ideal for a perfect family holiday.
There are awesome Estuary and Pinnacle vistas from the property and the large north-facing deck. Perfect for outdoor entertaining with a bbq, outdoor furniture seating 10 and a roll out awning to provide some shade.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, lounge/dining and kitchen. The lounge has a TV and stereo. There are games, books and toys here. There is a ceiling fan to keep the room cool. You can rent the upstairs only - suitable for 2-4 people.
Downstairs is a developed basement with sleeping for 8 and a toilet, shower and the laundry. There is a DVD player, tennis and badminton rackets and table soccer . There is a fridge and freezer here. The basement has its own entrance. This makes it perfect for providing space for older children or another family. There is no internal access.
There is a carport for car or boat parking, and plenty of room out the front.
There is a gently sloping large lawn with a flat area at the back complete with a utility with a kitchenette and bathroom - the lawn is ideal for a tent. We consider allowing pets with prior arrangement. There is a small completely fenced area along the side of the house.
There is an under-house "cubby" with beach toys, golf clubs and a kayak.
There is a porta-cot for babies.
The garden is well maintained with lemon, mandarin, lime, feijoa and macadamia trees and 2 wooden picnic tables.
The house looks over the golf course, and is close to the airport for plane spotting! Behind the property is the main shopping and restaurant area - very convenient for supplies and to go out for drinks and dinner.
With all the walkways it is easy to get to the skate-park, playgrounds and ocean beach.
