The home includes a large chef's kitchen leading out onto the balcony with a peep of the sea, outdoor lounge areas and relaxing bean bags on both levels, alfresco outdoor 3m teak dining table with large umbrella. 2 large lounges on separate levels, large study with Chesterfield leather and a mahogany presidential desk.

From the front courtyard, you can enter the beach walkway, via the internal gate or from the driveway. The large courtyard is very secure to keep your pets safe with 2m walls and three solid tall gates with combination locks for security.
