Welcome to 15 James Street, a beautifully restored Georgian terrace nestled in the heart of historic Battery Point. This charming property offers a perfect blend of old-world character and modern comforts, all just a short stroll from the vibrant Salamanca Place and Hobart's waterfront.

Step inside to discover the warmth of oak flooring and the sleek elegance of stone benchtops in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with gas cooktops for your culinary needs. For added comfort, gas heating has been thoughtfully installed, ensuring a cozy atmosphere during Hobart’s cooler months.

The property features two spacious double bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed for a restful night’s sleep. The unique character of this heritage home is reflected in its traditional, steep staircase, typical of Georgian architecture. Getting Around:
Fifteen is so conveniently positioned, you can easily visit all of Hobart's inner-city attractions on foot. Alternatively, jump in a cab or Uber. If you are hiring a car during your stay, you will have access to 1 x car parking space.
