Fully set-up to accommodate up to six guests in a modern, sunny home with all of Hobart's attractions on your doorstep. We offer off-street car parking for one vehicle and have two bathrooms. Walk into the CBD in under 20 minutes or jump onto public transport - you couldn't ask for a better, more convenient location.
The Space:
If you are looking for a warm, inviting place to call home during your stay in Hobart then look no further. The town house is located on Lefroy Street which runs straight into the heart of the North Hobart restaurant strip in Elizabeth Street.
On the entry level you'll find a small bedroom with a fold-down queen bed, a bathroom, separate toilet and laundry area which opens onto an outdoor area.
Heading upstairs is a spacious, open plan living and dining area with a galley kitchen. Here you can also enjoy the sunny balcony. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and has access to an ensuite and there is also a second bedroom with a queen bed on this level.
Please note the garage will be locked for your stay, however you will still have access to 1 x outdoor parking space.
