Coastal Delight - Right on the Beach

A perfectly brilliant Bach, with fantastic indoor outdoor flow to expansive decking for entertainment. Offering everything you need to enjoy and relax whilst having the ultimate Kiwi Holiday on the beach.
Wake up to the sound of the waves crashing, have breakfast on the deck and relax whilst overlooking the beautiful white sands, surf and dunes on your doorstep. Smell and feel the sea breeze and enjoy the uninterrupted and Extensive sea views looking out to Motiti, Plate and Whale Islands.

Extra spacious living with good sized bedrooms and fireplace for colder evenings by the beach.
Well designed to maximize the scenic vista with it's high peak ceilings including ceiling to floor windows adding space, light and a feeling of tranquility.

Capture the Sunrise in the morning and admire the beautiful sunsets overlooking the Estuary, with a large balcony allowing outdoor living without the North or West winds.
The property is set on a large section, next to a reserve, and conveniently opposite diary and Takeaways, and The Hippi Pipi Bar and Restaurant for dining out and live entertainment.

It is only a 10 minute drive to Te Puke Golf Club or 15 mins to Te Puke Town Centre, 30 mins to Mt. Maunganui and Tauranga or 40 mins to Rotorua - all along excellent roads. If you need to refuel the boat, petrol station is only 5 minutes away.

Check in time is 3 pm and checkout time is 10 am.

Linen provided, please bring your own beach towels (please do not use the bath towels at the beach)

*No vaping inside the property please.

A $200 security deposit is charged at time of booking and will be returned to you following inspection by a property manager after your departure.

Special conditions:
* Cleaning fee $100 - 150 based on how many guests and the
duration of stay.
* Pets allowed with prior approval - outside only.
* No Smoking or Vaping - Outside only!
* High Chair and Cot available by prior arrangement

AMAZING

Just wow! We had an the BEST time! Superb location right on the beach. We are a family of 2 adults and 3 late teen/adult children. We stayed for 3 nights over Easter weekend and did not want to leave. We swam, watched sunrises and sunsets, had breakfast, lunch, dinner out on the big deck overlooking the sea, and just enjoyed being there together. The house provided perfect accommodation, with enough room to spread out and have our own space when needed. It had the feeling of being at the beach bach but with a luxury feel with all the mod cons and appliances. Had everything we needed and then some! The perfect getaway for a family. Exactly what we needed before all went our separate ways again. We will definitely be booking again.

Great location

The location of the house is stunning with sea views. House itself is quite dated as expected from the photos and other reviews but some minor improvements could make a big difference e.g. the bed frame in one of the bedrooms was rusty. Overall mostly fine and comfortable, there were a couple of things we found annoying that weren’t clear in the description e.g. there are no doors on two of the bedrooms. Given that they are basically off the living room it’s an issue if people want to go to bed at different times. Also the deck was awesome to chill on but the back of the house is right next to the public park and there is no fence etc, so people in the park can easily see you when you’re on the deck. Some more privacy would be nice. Overall a nice house and fab location but given the price assumed some of the finishing touches would be done a bit better.

Our stay here was absolute bliss and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit.

This property met all our expectations the weather wasn't great but with a view like that who could complain movies by the fire was blissful. We enjoyed our stay, if there was a washer and dryer I would have washed the tea towels and towels,linen provided, would definitely recommend this home for anyone wanting to stay

Fishing was good. Bottom room a bit of a musty smell, should air it out before entry, bathroom a bit dated, overall lovely location but felt it was overpriced compared to other more modern beachfront I've stayed in at Pukehina.

The location is fabulous however the house is very tired and needs work. Specially considering the rates charged. Broken chairs, window, light, no doors in two of the bedrooms and we run out of hot water on day 2.
