You will be spellbound by the all embracing views from every level of this elevate and private, stylish home. Floor to ceiling windows and bi-fold doors in the dining and lounge areas capture the sea, sun and valley views from the minute you walk in the front door.
Open plan with a resort like feel with ceiling fans in all rooms, this home allows you to immediately click into holiday mode or live permanently with its indoor/outdoor living design.
On the main entry level also, is a well equipped modern kitchen, a small bathroom/shower plus separate laundry and lots of storage. This north facing home is positioned for all day sun, and the deck across the whole front of the house, has retractable covers for when shade is required. Full sliding finely meshed insect screens also allow this home to remain open aired all day and night long.
On the second level is the main bedroom with shub bath, plus the master bedroom, with a floor to ceiling large picture window capturing the view and access to its own balcony. This bedroom has its own heat pump. On the lower level is a second bedroom opening out onto an extensive courtyard are, perfect for entertaining or just relaxing, complete with practical outside shower.
Within easy walking distance to Onetangi Beach and cafes, this great property will provide you with all the amenities in which to enjoy your holiday.
