My property is situated in New Zealand's number 1 Resort town popular all year round and often referred to as the '' adventure capital of the world''. Most activities operate year round but Queenstown is also known for top class skifields such as Coronet Peak, The Remarkables , Cardrona and Treble Cone nearby during the winter months. The area is famous for pioneering activities like Bungy Jumping, Jet Boating, River Surfing and also known for movie locations and scenery for films like Lord of The Rings, The Hobbit, Narnia and many others. Queenstown has also become a major area for Wineries, Golf tourism and Bike and Walking trails. There is certainly no shortage of activities for the adventurous and the sedate and plenty of shopping ,eateries and nightlife. Queenstown warrants much more than a few days stay and makes a great base to explore the general region such as Wanaka, Arrowtown, Central Otago, Gibbston Valley, Glenorchy and Milford Sound.
